Discover Denver from this stylish 2BR basement apartment steps from Washington Park! Comfortably fits up to 5 with king & queen beds and sofa bed. Features a full kitchen, dedicated workspaces, cozy fireplace, private fully fenced patio with grill, and a dedicated parking spot. Perfect for your Colorado adventure, with modern decor and high ceilings creating a bright, inviting home base.

The Amenities:
- Landscaping, snow removal, garbage and recycling services, welcome basket, basic cooking supplies, cleaning and laundry products, linens, toiletries, propane, insurance coverage and other amenities are included during your stay. Resort fee $17.21 per night.
- Up to two dogs with payment of a non-refundable pet fee of $55.56 at booking.
- 5th guest for an extra nightly fee of $33.33 at booking.
- Cleaning fee of $188 per stay.

Available optional add-ons may be requested and paid for through your Guest Portal after booking and may include:
•Early check-in – You may request this within 2 days of your arrival. $15 per hour.
•Late checkout – You may request this within 2 days of your departure. $15 per hour.
•Trip Insurance
•Large Pet Crate Rental for $25 per stay.
•Pack 'N Play Crib with Linens Rental for $30 per stay.
•Apartment Cleaning During Your Stay. $190 per clean.

But wait, there’s even more!! We also rent a Toyota RAV4 that is parked onsite through Turo, depending on availability and your eligibility. You will receive at least a 3% discount on your rental and an additional 10% if you choose non-refundable at check-out. There is a 3-day minimum. Turo requires at least 24-hour advance notice before the booking.

This property was super clean and exactly as described. The location is great - lots of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, Washington Park all close by. We enjoyed the patio for coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine at night. The neighborhood is walkable and quiet and full of beautiful homes. Great place to stay in Denver!

Easy access, nice location near a park, clean, nice neighborhood in a central location close to downtown and many nice location for sightseeing. Host was very helpful and available to address any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice basement apartment, the beds were very comfortable and check in was super easy! Made use of the private patio outfitted with a brand new barbecue. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay in Denver. Would stay again!

The location of this home is amazing. Wash Park is just across the street. It is a short walk from the shops and restaurants on Gaylord and South Pearl, and a quick drive to all of Denver. Parking was great. We had a large Jeep Wrangler and had no trouble parking.The home is very clean. The bedrooms and kitchen are large and well equipped. One note: if you are going to have lots of down time, the living room is not comfortable to hang out in. The couch is more of a bench and the chairs leave much to be desired. Outside of this, we loved our stay.

We loved the accommodation and very much appreciated Diana’s swift responses to all our queries. One of the bathroom sinks was very slow to drain and her handyman showed the morning after our report and without any fuss cleared the restriction quickly, quietly and then was gone. Can thoroughly recommend the accommodation (ideal for couples) and the host.

This is our second time staying at this property. The location is perfect, we love being so close to Washington Park. The space is great...clean and comfortable. We also were able to rent a car from our hosts for the day. Super convenient. We were very happy with our accommodations and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is impeccably clean, roomy, bright, and superbly appointed. We love the welcome basket with creature comforts for the first night/morning including chocolates bedside! The location is perfect! Diana was proactive and responsive with assistance and recommendations for our stay.

Easy Washington Park stay

Within walking distance to a popular neighborhood park and coffee shops. Very comfortable beds. We were in Colorado for a work trip and to enjoy the area and this location let us do just that.

The Wash Park neighborhood has delicious restaurants, hip bars and also a family-friendly atmosphere. Wash Park itself has two lakes, two formal flower gardens, historic buildings, tennis courts, tree-lined paths and expanses of green grass.

Nearby is South Pearl Street, once the site of the city's first trolley car route, now home to galleries, wine and cocktail bars, specialty shops, boutique and high-end clothing stores and some of Denver's best local dining.

Visit Old South Gaylord where you can experience local restaurants, galleries and shops. See the neighborhood map below to start exploring!
