The Home is so comfortable and as the name says - Cozy. This is our second stay here and we feel right at home. We enjoyed the theatre room in the basement with our kids watching a Christmas movie. And the snacks the owner provides are a welcome treat! Beautifully decorated Christmas tree and pet friendly . The owner is super easy to communicate with. We will be staying here again!!

Everything was great!! The house was perfect for 6 people to stay, plus 2 others to visit and hang out. Huge plus that pets are allowed so we didn't have to leave our dog at home. Clean, comfortable, and cozy.

We really enjoyed the property. The theatre room, fenced in back yard and fireplace were great. Lots of games available to play and plenty of supplies. Highly recommend this VRBO!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Salina, Kansas! There were 8 women staying here for our girls weekend getaway and the Salina Croosroads marathon. We enjoyed the comfortable and cozy amenities at the house as well as the adorable Kansas town.The hosts had plenty of comfort items such as extra fluffy blankets and travel size toiletries, plenty of towels, and several board games to play. We enjoyed the fireplace and pergola in the backyard by roasting smores and a savory charcuterie board spread with smoked meats and cheese! Our only complaints were that the house was listed as accommodating 8 people, but there were only bed spaces for 7 adults (two queen beds, and one twin over full bunk). We also had a friend joining us who had a broken foot and was in a walking boot. There were no bedrooms or bathrooms on the main floor, which made it difficult for her to access.Otherwise, the house was lovely and we would absolutely stay again!

House was in an amazing location, check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. I will say be prepared this house is older so it does have its quirks. The basement had a mildew smell while we were there but we think it might be because it was rainy or wet our entire stay. The basement does also have lots of bugs again I think because it’s an older house and it is below ground. The host did provide anything you may ever need while there. They have a ton of games, tons of towels and extra bedding, spice, pots, pans and couch covers. Overall we had an amazing stay and the host is beyond amazing! I truly do think all quirks are just because it is an older house.

Very comfortable

We were in town for a family celebration. The home was spacious, bedrooms were comfortable, and excellent communication with host. There’s lots of room to gather at the outdoor fire pit and indoors around the dining room table and living room sectionals. Sadly, we didn’t have time to enjoy the downstairs movie theater. Close to downtown and airport. We enjoyed our stay there.

Nice house

The house is nice and seems mostly original. The owners were nice and contacted me quickly to let me know we accidentally left my daughters bag with her medicine in it.

Worst VRBO ever!

This VRBO was so filthy, cabinets and closets were crammed full with stuff just thrown in them. Said there was hot tub, there was not! Dog next door barked every time you walked out doors, plug ins pulled out of the wall, old food left on top of fridge, and Christmas decorations all over in February. The couches were very well worn and the beds were literally on a frame with very cheap end tables and lamps that didn't even work. Couldn't check in when said as house cleaning was still there. Was told to put trash in cans that were clear full when we got there. Back yard was a mess and grill was so dirty it caught fire every time you tried to use it! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PROPERTY!

Home away from Home

My family stayed in the home over Christmas. It truly is cozy as the name indicates. We were so comfortable from the large sectional that accommodated my entire family to the comfortable beds! The movie room in the basement was very neat unfortunately we didn’t have the time to enjoy it like we had hoped. The decor was perfect. And the Fur baby enjoyed it and wasn’t stressed like usual when we stay at a hotel. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Salina. I have already recommended this home to friends who will have family I town for an upcoming wedding. Also wished we could have sat in the back yard under the pergola - that would be so nice in better weather. Thank you to the owner Barbara for sharing this home with us!

“Cozy home” as stated

Adorable place with many amenities, from theater downstairs, outdoor fireplace, pet friendly, but what struck us the most was all the Christmas decorations with tree lit up to welcome us! Thanks for a warm and welcoming place to relax and enjoy!

Great home, easy check in and check out. Had all the amenities we needed and the home was super clean. Comfortable beds and a great couch to take a nap on! We had a great stay and will definitely be back when we are in town again.

We chose this home for a BnB because we loved the backyard! The outdoor space is very entertaining and we loved the fireplace area. My husband finished out the theater room & bathroom in the basement to offer a unique indoor entertaining space as well! We love the feel of this cozy home and hope you will too!
