Both bedrooms & the bathroom are located upstairs! There is no main floor bedroom. The sleeper couch is in the basement.

Great house in a great location. The property is so close to everything in town. We loved the Christmas theme throughout the home. After an 11 hour drive with kids and a dog we were exhausted, but as soon as we walked into the home we felt a calmness . The home is cheerful and cozy and even smelled like Christmas. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us.
