The Lazy Bear Cabin at Hochatown

This rustic cabin is secluded in a densely wooded area, but still close enough to enjoy all of the attractions that Hochatown has to offer. Loaded with everything you might want for a luxurious getaway, The Lazy Bear Cabin is a 2 bedroom cabin that can sleep a maximum amount of 8 people and has a loaded game room!

The first bedroom has a queen size bed and attached full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equipped with two full size bed with twin bunk beds, and it also has its own bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchen has all brand new appliances and a large farm-style sink with separate formal dining area. Everyone will enjoy the spacious great room that is equipped with a 65" LED HDTV, electric fireplace, and two pull-out sleeper sofas. The game room has a shuffleboard table, a dart board, and a pool table. Outside on the covered deck is a hot tub for simply relaxing and listening to the sounds of the great outdoors! Book this cabin along with The Soaring Eagle Cabin for a family event that will comfortably sleep 16 people! No Pets Please.

The Cabin is amazing. Comfortable and Cozy. Had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to extra blankets and covers. The kids loved the atmosphere and Christmas Decor. Wonderful place to get away and looking forward to booking again.

Easy to get to and a nice stay. The game room and hot tub were on point. The owner left us wood to build a fire and the keys to get into the game room were easy to find. We think the heater may not be working

Absolutely wonderful!!

The cabin was so nice. It exceeded our expectations. We had a beautiful time and we’re able to reach management when needed with no problem. Everyone of us thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone bragged about how nice the cabin is and how much we all enjoyed it. We plan to return again.

Awesome place!!!

Property was more incredible than described. Location offers privacy but is less than 10 minutes from main road. Cabin is absolutely gorgeous and common living area is large with one big couch and 2 large loveseats. Game room is great and hot tub was very clean and can sit up to 6-8. We were a group of 6, one adult and 5 older kids/teens. Would most definitely stay here again!!!

Great for kiddos!

We love Broken Bow but with all the popularity renting has become expensive! This was a great cabin for us and economical. Went for a "moms" trip with kids. The closed in patio provided much entertainment for the kids. Owner provided toiletries, which i don't think I have had before and a nice surprise! Did not have a Keurig, and I brought K-cups, but coffee grounds were provided as well. The beds were comfortable too!

Fun stay

We all had a great time and there were plenty of things for us to do. We could not get the Wi-Fi code to work and the washing mashine had mold on the rubber around the door. We would still book again and just plan on not using washing machine.

Weekend Get away

Over all the cabin was very nice . We have large spiders in the living room . We killed about 3 huge ones , may need to exterminate before next visitors. Not sure bough toilet paper in the bath rooms . But all in all very nice .

Bed Bugs

My daughter kept getting bit by something. She initially thought mosquitos but no one else was getting bit. By Saturday night both arms, legs, neck, and face were covered in bites. She started looking through her bedding and found LARGE bedbugs. She and my other daughter had to sleep on the couch. She didn't even want to go into public to eat breakfast because of the marks all over her. I have emailed the owners and I have sent a message through VRBO with no response. We also left a note on the bed to make sure someone seen it. Beautiful property - very secluded! The game room and hot tub were awesome!! Loved the trip minus the bed bugs plus the lack of response from the owners

This issue has since been resolved! Unfortunately, sometimes previous guests bring unwanted pests, such as bed bugs, on vacation with them. When this happens, we do our very best to make sure that the issue is resolved immediately so that it won’t interfere or affect our other guests. We strive to provide a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for all of our guests. We apologize again for this unfortunate incident. Please know that we have had this issue professionally treated to make sure that these pests have been exterminated.
