Studio apartment with a large bedroom opening onto a beautiful terrace, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The large terrace allows you to enjoy meals outdoors. A gym with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, rowing machine, and ab machine is available. You can also enjoy a sauna (at an additional cost) if you wish. A beautiful 10x5m swimming pool awaits you, to be shared with the owners. With your rental, you will have at your disposal: garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, oven, microwave, coffee maker, stovetop, electric griddle, washing machine and all kitchen utensils. Bed linen is provided as it is a large 160x200 bed. Ideally located between the Vézère and Dordogne valleys, you can discover Sarlat (5 minutes away), La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud la Chapelle, Beynac, and Domme (20 minutes away), the Lascaux caves (15 minutes away), as well as Rocamadour and the Padirac chasm. 50 minutes away (Lot). But also a large number of very pretty little villages like St-Genies, St Léon sur Vézère....
