Basic villa in stunning location

The location of this villa is superb with fantastic views over the sea and of the sunset over the mountains beyond. But the lack of air-conditioning means that one has to sleep with windows open and then the mosquitoes become a major problem even when sleeping inside a net (which we provided). The bed linen is old and uncomfortable, particularly the plastic/synthetic mattress protector, and needs to be renewed. The barbecue was in a poor state of repair and no cooking utensils were provided. There is no WiFi.

Baulärm am Nachbargrundstück - Aufenthalt Herbst 2023

Ein grundsätzlich romantisches und ruhig gelegenes Haus am Meer, wäre da nicht der Baulärm am Nachbargrundstück. Dort wird ein Neubau errichtet. Da wir sehr erholungsbedürftig waren, haben wir uns auf ein paar ruhige Tage am Meer gefreut. Massiver Baulärm (Presslufthammer und Kreissäge) am Nachbargrundstück, hat leider keinen Raum für Erholung geboten. Da der Verbleib im Haus nur mit Ohropax erträglich war, haben wir uns dafür entschieden, von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 8 - 16 Uhr (=aktive Baustellenzeit) Ausflüge zu machen. Hätte uns die Agentur im Vorfeld Bescheid gegeben, dass diese Baustelle schon seit Frühjahr 2023 aktiv ist, hätten wir uns ganz sicher nicht für dieses Haus entschieden. Ich vermute dass die Baustelle noch bis mind. Mitte 2024 aktiv ist. Es war insgesamt ein sehr unerfreulicher Urlaub. Unverschämt eine Haus als Urlaubsdomizil anzubieten, das 5 Meter neben einer Baustelle platziert ist und das im Vorfeld nicht zu kommunizieren.

Traumhaft

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen ! Die Lage direkt am Wasser war einfach traumhaft. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Lediglich die Möbel sind teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Parken kann man direkt auf dem Grundstück. Janine, die Vermittlerin, ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit für Fragen und Anliegen offen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !

Haus in bester Lage

Ein tolles Haus in bester Lage, die Einrichtung ist landestypisch. Manches könnte mal erneuert werden, die traumhafte Lage entschädigt die kleinen Defizite aber. Die Betten sind gut. In der Nacht ist es bei starker Brandung ziemlich laut. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Das Meer vor der Tür

Nettes Haus, leider keine Klimaanlage was bei 29 Grad nachts nicht so schön ist. Da nutzt auch kein offenes Fenster mit Ventilator und das Meer vor der Tür. Es fehlt ein Backofen im Haus der 2018 noch da war der jetzt wohl Probleme machte, da kauft man ein neuen für 200 Euro und lässt kein Loch in der Wand. Wir hatten viel Probleme mit Ungeziefer im Haus und waren ständig die Tiere am fangen, Besonders abends. Selbst bei verschlossen Fenstern und Türen gab es keine Besserung. Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz so gut, wir fanden geschnittene Fußnägel im Haus und Haare auf Möbeln. Die Teller und Tassen waren etwas schmierig. Gesamt betrachtet, macht das Haus den Eindruck (Möbel,Ausstattung, Garten usw.) das es nicht viel gepflegt wird sondern als reine Geldeinnahmequelle gesehen wird. Ich denke ein Gewisser Qualitätsstandard sollte schon sein, dieses Haus ist preislich auch nicht günstig. Somit erwartet man eine bessere Ausstattung, wie die Sessel als Beispiel (ein Holzstuhl und ein Korbsessel) . Das war 2018 auch anders ! Mein Tipp wird Zeit für Investitionen! Ich war jetzt 2 mal hier, doch es gibt kein Grund (trotz der Lage am Meer) wieder zu kommen. Es gibt Häuser die etwas mehr kosten in gleicher Lage und mehr Qualität geben in allen Bereichen.

Bestlage

Lage des Hauses direkt am Meer ist super. Das Haus selbst könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Kücheneinrichtung entspricht nicht dem Preis des Hauses. Der Herd wurde ausgebaut, Geschirr, Tassen und Teller, Besteck , Kaffee-Maschine, Toaster sollten erneuert werden. Fernseher mit allen Sendern, jedoch sehr klein und Klang dürftig. Betten und Matratzen sind gut, Kopfkissen sehr dick und klumpig. Duschbad im EG neu und sehr gut ausgestattet Im I. OG. 1 WC mit Waschtisch ist alt aber ausreichend. Alle Fenster sind neu und sehr gut. Edelstahldusche im Garten ist spitze. Eine Frühstücksterrasse vor dem Haus ist sehr schön und wurde von uns genutzt wenn hinter dem Haus zum Meer der Wind noch frisch war. Lage ist sehr ruhig, ab und zu kommen Leute zwischen dem Meer und dem Grundstück (Trampelpfad) vorbei. Hier kann man sehr schön spazieren (auch mit dem Hund) gehen. Zugang zum Meer von der Straße rechts neben dem Grundstück. Jedoch kaum störend.

Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage direkt am Meer

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, ist sauber und gepflegt, nicht mehr ganz auf dem neuesten Stand, aber das ist völlig egal bei dieser wunderbaren Lage direkt am Meer. Unsere Kinder (7 und 9) liebten es stundenlang am Strand zu stromern (es gibt vieles zu entdecken und erkunden) und wir genossen den herrlichen, freien Blick aufs Meer. Frühstücken, Mittag- oder Abendessen mit Abendsonne auf der Terasse sind ein absoluter Traum. In ein paar Gehminuten sind wir zu einem schönen relativ ruhigen Bade-Sandstrand gelaufen. Man kann ganz hervorragend Joggen/Walken/Spazieren gehen, hat alles notwendige zum Einkaufen in 5 Autominuten entfernt und kann von auch einige schöne Touren unternehmen. Kurzum es war ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil für einen wunderbar erholsamen Familienurlaub, das wir jedem sehr empfehlen können, der mehr Wert auf schöne Umgebung und wunderbaren Meerblick als auf luxuriöse Ferienhausausstattung legt.
