Direct beach access! Apartment for 4 people on the Bay of Alcudia

The apartment is located on the bay of Port Alcúdia, just before Muro and has direct beach access. The area is very quiet, there are only private houses and no hotels on this stretch of beach. The white sandy beach begins directly and without a street or promenade behind the beautifully landscaped home garden.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a wonderfully glazed conservatory with a direct view of the sea. Depending on the season and temperature, this can be opened or closed completely.
There is air conditioning and heating. WiFi and TV are also available.

House & location
The apartment is on the 1st Floor of a house with 4 residential units. You can reach the beach from the side through the otherwise private garden, here you will also find a garden shower and beach chairs for guests. You can easily find parking spaces in the street in front of the house.

There is a great beach bar with excellent cuisine about 200 meters away and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket and other shops are in the area of approx. 700 meters. A hospital, doctors and other restaurants as well as cafes are within a radius of 8 km.

It is a nice walk along the beach to the port of Port Alcudia (approx. Half an hour). The old town of Alcudia is about 5-10 minutes away by car, but can also be reached by bus and bicycle.

Since the apartment has heating, it can also be used optimally in the cold months. In the winter months it can be booked as a long-term rental.

Unfortunately, there are still a few innovations and now we (as vacation rentals) as well as the hotels have to pay the tourist tax. This amount depends on the period and season. Please feel free to contact us!
