El Viva Royal consta de tres unidades: la villa principal, un apartamento y un estudio. En total ofrece alojamiento para 20 personas.

El precio básico es para las tres unidades (10 dormitorios) y una ocupación de hasta 16 personas.

Para grupos de más de 16 personas, contáctenos antes de reservar para obtener un presupuesto.

Villa principal: la villa principal consta de 6 habitaciones dobles (3 habitaciones con 2 camas individuales cada una y 3 habitaciones con camas dobles) que ofrecen alojamiento para 12 adultos. Cuatro habitaciones tienen baño privado, mientras que las dos habitaciones restantes comparten un baño. La cocina totalmente equipada con una gran mesa de cocina tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Hay una espaciosa sala de estar de planta abierta con una gran mesa de comedor para hasta 8 personas.

Apartamento: El apartamento está conectado a la villa principal y tiene acceso directo a la piscina y al jardín. Con sus 3 habitaciones dobles (2 habitaciones con camas dobles y 1 habitación con una cama individual más una cama plegable), ofrece alojamiento para 6 adultos. Una habitación doble tiene un baño privado, mientras que las otras dos habitaciones comparten un baño. La superficie habitable se distribuye en dos plantas. Hay un amplio salón / comedor con TV y una cocina totalmente equipada con barra de desayuno en la planta baja. En el primer piso hay otro salón con TV desde el que tiene acceso directo a una gran terraza con una vista impresionante del océano. Hay una parrilla de carbón para su uso exclusivo y una mesa de jardín para 6 personas.

Estudio: el estudio también tiene acceso directo a la piscina y al jardín. Tiene una cama doble grande y un baño completo.

Esta propiedad es adecuada para familias, grupos de golf o viajes de empresa entre otros.

El propietario vive cerca y puede contactarlo durante su estadía si necesita ayuda.

ViVa Royal se encuentra en la tranquila zona residencial de Chayofa en el municipio de Arona. Disfrutará aquí de un ambiente vacacional exclusivo fuera de los caminos trillados. En el pequeño pueblo de Chayofa encontrará un encantador restaurante, un bar de tapas y un popular pub familiar a pocos pasos de la villa. También hay un pequeño supermercado cerca de la propiedad.

Para aprovechar al máximo sus vacaciones, le recomendamos alquilar un coche. Hay seis plazas de aparcamiento privado dentro de los terrenos de la propiedad.

Las tarifas de taxi a Los Cristianos / Playa de Las Américas cuestan entre 12 y 15 euros.

La villa está equipada con una conexión rápida a Internet (600 Mbps) con muy buena cobertura en todas las habitaciones, lo que hace de esta propiedad un lugar ideal para cualquier nómada digital. También podemos alquilarle pantallas durante su estadía en nuestra villa.

Johannes was a really great host. Quick communication and super helpful. Villa is massive and great for a large family or group of friends. Easy to get to los Christianos/las americas with buses and taxi (use local not uber as it’s cheaper) and there’s a great local around the corner as well as a padel court!Airport is 15min drive and around 40Not much to complain about other than the outside toilet didn’t work all week so kept having to go up to own room for the loo when hanging at the pool. On Mondays someone comes for a couple hours to do pool maintenance which we didn’t know about until we got there. To be fair though it was pretty quick and didn’t disrupt us too much. Thanks for having us we had a great time.

Perfect Villa for Large groups

This villa is great for multiple families since there is 3 separate accommodations all located around the pool. Although you are in a built up area you feel as if you are the only ones there 😃

Property was excellent for our needs. We rented the entire property complex which gave us 10 bedrooms. You do need a car, as a bit remote, but only a few minutes drive from the main motorway to all areas. There are a couple of good restaurants, and an English style pub , ( with all the sports screens etc) , walkable from the villa

Family holiday

The property was lovely, however the pool was murky and lost one day use. The owner rectified it asap The studio needs updating and the bed was not comfortable but all other beds were great. Just missing a child’s pool as the pool is very deep so was hard work with our 3 year old but the 5 year old was happy. Overall a great place . The owner let us check in early which was great.

Fantastisk! Raske svar hele veien, fra vi bestilte til vi dro. Johannes var hyggelig og hjelpsom og lett å komme i kontakt med. Hele huset var rent og pent. Veldig godt utstyrt og rene, fine senger med gode madrasser. Det var god plass til ti voksne og fem barn. Fint med stort lekeareal til barna. Vi koste oss ved bassenget, eller bestilte drosje til stranda eller sentrum. Drosjene kom veldig raskt og kostet ca 12 euro. Vi handlet det meste i butikken rett nedi veien her, men reiste til sentrum, ca 3 km, for større innkjøp til middag osv. Vi har hatt en alle tiders ferie og kommer garantert tilbake.

Amazing!!

12 of us arrived at this property, 3 families of 4 with children ranging between 8 and 20 years of age. Fantastic time had by all, amazing rooms and bathrooms, whole property spotless and provided everything you could need on your stay! The outdoor space is amazing, football pitch along with a pool and lots of outside shaded area for those extra hot hours of the day! Fans provided in every bedroom, could not fault the property. It is however a little out of the way in terms of location, a taxi is required to get pretty much everywhere, however only €7 in a taxi to the Siam Mall / Siam Park and about €9 to Playa De Las America and Los Cristianos. Special thanks to our amazing host Barbara, there was absolutely nothing she didn’t do for us and any problems she sorted instantly! Simply Amazing!

Een geweldige week met 8 volwassenen en 6 kleinkinderen in een uitstekend geoutilleerd verblijf!

Prachtige grote woning met veel privacy met voor ieder gezin eigen kamers en badkamers. In alles is voorzien. Veel terrasruimte (schaduw en zon) incl. prachtige BBQ voorziening. Voor een relaxte week hoef je het terrein niet af. Favoriet voor de kleinkinderen (4 tot 11 jaar) was het voetbalveldje, het zwembad en het speelhuisje. Zwembad is aan de kleine kant en niet zo geschikt voor grote groep oudere kinderen/volwassenen. Door goed en snel WIFI via streaming(chromecast) ook Nederlandse tv (voetbal) te bekijken. Uitstekende service van geweldige gastvrouw Barbara! Wij hebben een heerlijke gezinsweek beleefd!

Amazing house

Good property for large groups

We were a group of 4 couples and 5 children under 8. The villa is equipped with everything we wanted and we rented the Main House and the Studio. The manager, Barbara, was extremely helpful and sorted any minor issues out immediately. We would go back if we return to Tenerife again. The neighbourhood is very tranquil but only 10 minutes from Los Cristianos. Car rental is recommended as the village is quiet during the day. There is parking for at least 3 cars on site. There is a small supermarket within walking distance but a better one (Dialprix) about a mile away in La Camella (road is very busy and narrow so not walkable). Bedrooms are fine and plenty of bathrooms too. Lounge is big with TV (Netflix and limited satellite) but only has soft seating for about 7 people. Similarly dining area inside and outside only seat 8/9 at a time. Fine for us as children ate separately but not convenient for larger groups of adults. Gardens are large with slide, goal nets and playhouse - happy children!! Pool is really a large exercise pool with current machine to swim against if you want. Two smallest children (2 and 18 months) couldn't splash around in it as it is too deep, even with adult supervision. However, they loved being towed around in the current and the playhouse was well used too. Older children enjoyed the pool though as they were good swimmers. Kitchen is well equipped but the work top area is small compared to the overall house size which made most meals a two shift affair (children then adults). The standard size fridge/freezer was always completely full up and we were glad there was another small fridge in the Studio as a back up. Nice BBQ and seating areas outside and outside shower for pool was helpful. The internet connection was not reliable - OK for browsing etc. but not helpful if you need to contact your work/business for any issues (still you are on holiday!!). General summary is a large villa in a very convenient and quiet area, mostly well equipped and especially suitable for groups with small children. Hosts were excellent and we would happily return.

Unfortunately we were not aware that you experienced problems with the internet connection during your stay, we will now check this and have it fixed.
