THE HOUSE:
This modern, carefully furnished house will offer you a comfortable stay with family or friends. Spacious and ideal for a friendly holiday, it can accommodate up to 10 people and a baby.
With an area of 150m², it has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on a plot of 750m².

Its south-facing garden and its terrace lined with apple trees will be your privileged spaces to enjoy your breakfast, relax in the sun or enjoy a barbecue/plancha.

The living room is a real place of conviviality. The dining room welcomes you with a large family table to share your meals, while the living room, warm and comfortable, is ideal for relaxing in front of a movie or board games.

The kitchen, open to the living room, encourages exchanges and moments of sharing with the family. Fully equipped, it has an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and everything you need to set your tables.

Upstairs, a relaxation room promises moments of entertainment and has an office area perfect for teleworking. From this space, you can access a sunny terrace and see the sunset over the sea.

The house has five bedrooms.
On the first floor, two bedrooms offer a large double bed (160x200) & (140x190) and an en-suite shower room for optimal comfort.
Upstairs you have three more bedrooms. The first is equipped with a large double bed (160x200). The second also offers a double bed (140x190), while the third, ideal for children, has two single beds (90x190).
On this floor there is also a large bathroom with a changing table.
For your comfort, linen is provided and beds are prepared before your arrival.

AMENITIES:
For even more comfort, the house provides you with a washing machine, a dryer, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, as well as a barbecue/plancha and an extendable table for 10 people. Families with young children will appreciate the dedicated equipment: travel cot (suitable up to 1 year old), high chair, toys.

You will also find beach and board games to entertain young and old as well as a library. On the parking side, two outdoor parking spaces are available, as well as a garage that can accommodate two cars.

Located in Trévignon, between Concarneau and Pont-Aven, facing the Glénan Islands, near the GR 34, this house enjoys a privileged location in a quiet area, outside the subdivision.

Just an 8-minute walk from the beach, you will be close to the fishing port, where you can buy fish and shellfish live, as well as bars, creperie and lively restaurants. Nature and hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the famous GR34 trail and the protected natural areas of the ponds (Natura 2000), offering beautiful coastal paths.

The Breton charm of the small port of the Pointe de Trévignon and its unique setting promises a pleasant stay.

Nearby, Pont-Aven (11 km), the famous city of painters, will seduce you with its art galleries, charming cobbled streets and picturesque mills.
