Fabulous time at kapalua Bay villas. This unit is beautiful, clean, and very roomy and comfortable. I would stay here again and again! Views are incredible, short walk to our favorite beaches, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay.

Overall great location. You can walk a mile to the West and the 2 beaches are gorgeous. You can walk a mile to the East and these are the 2 friendliest beaches, for snorting and turtles.Great restaurants within a couple miles. You can walk to or drive. Good local markets.Views outstanding.

This condo was a great stay. It is modern, nicely furnished and has a great location - looking out at the Pacific. Three beaches are within walking distance. The Kapalua area is a terrific place to be and you are between the Montage and Ritz Carlton.I will definitely stay there again.

Gorgeous view and off the beaten track enough that you felt very relaxed. Staying in Kaanapali is very congested and Kapalua Bay is so much better.

Very comfortable unit with everything we needed. We have stayed a total of 13 times at Kapalua Bay Villas. This unit was nice. Furniture was comfortable, it was stocked with everything we needed and this area of the complex was very quiet.

Perfect spot for whale watching

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The very first morning we woke up and were enjoying our coffee on the porch and we saw a whale breach. It was the thing I was most looking forward to while spending two weeks in Maui and we saw one day 1. You would actually see many throughout the day, but this particular one was close and was the only breach we saw while sitting there. It was spectacular.The property itself was exactly as you see in the pictures. Everything was very clean and we felt like we had everything we needed for the five days we were there. The location is great because there is a walking path right in front of the complex and we walked it every single day. Not only was it beautiful to walk along but it was good exercise and could take you to some restaurants for breakfast or lunch. There is also a little market very close by for any things you might need.The only things I would say is there is a musty smell when you first get there. But we either got used to it or it went away. And then on our final night, the gate code quit working. There is no one on site to help you and the after hours number tells you to leave a message. So that’s not super helpful when it’s night time and no one answers the phone and you’re locked out. Luckily someone else came maybe 10 or 15 minutes after we waited and we followed them through the gate. So not the greatest customer service but all in all I would definitely recommend this place.As I mentioned, we were there for two weeks. The rest of our time in Maui was spent in hotels and honestly our stay here was probably my favorite.

Occasionally, gate systems can malfunction, which is unfortunately outside of our control. We did not receive any calls or messages regarding the gate issue that evening. We always encourage guests to contact us directly for any concerns, as we are available to assist. Additionally, there is a service button on the gate keypad that connects directly to on-site security, who can provide immediate access assistance when needed. We’re glad to hear that despite this inconvenience, you enjoyed your stay and that the property was a highlight of your time in Maui. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to host you again in the future.

Beautiful views, relaxing stay.

Our first stay in the Kapalua area after many stays in the south Maui Wailea area. The unit and complex are very nice. Quiet oceanfront location on the walking trail between Kapalua bay and Oneloa beach. Easy walk to either beach. While we still prefer the Wailea overall, if you are looking to stay in the Kapalua/Napili area, you can’t go wrong with this unit and complex. Photos are from Oneloa beach and the path in front of the unit.

Centrally located, the Villas is just a short distance away from Oneloa Bay, Napili Bay and world famous Kaanapali Beach. This luxurious villa provides upgrades throughout and all the home away from home feels. Kapalua Bay Villas (January 2024)

Our recent stay was fantastic. We’ve stayed here previously and keep getting drawn back. Seeing the whales from our balcony was extra special.

Great Property

The Kapalua Bay Villas area is very nice and private. This property was way more than we expected. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Maui.

Great time

Great experience and time in Maui. It was our first time to Hawaii and was such a great experience. Can't wait to do again!

Kapalua Bay Villa

Location was great with lots of pristine beaches and snorkeling spots close by. The villa itself was clean and easy to access. Some of the patio furniture was worn from the elements but that was about it. Overall a great area to stay in if you like a quiet relaxing place.
