Welcome to the Ranch! Spacious LUXURY FAMILY SUITE 202
This unit is a Luxury Family Suite and accommodates 6 comfortably! The private bedroom offers 2 queen beds, a TV and dresser. There is a pull out sofa in the Living Room which will sleep 2. The living room is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and a TV. There is a full size kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Coffee maker and coffee included! The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is equipped with all towels. Enjoy a large private balcony, perfect for people watching and enjoying morning coffee or afternoon cocktails! This unit is just steps to the pool, Rodeo and Saloon! A GREAT LOCATION! Walk to all amenities!
There is fun for everyone! Enjoy a LIVE Rodeo every Saturday night, DJ and dancing on Friday nights, horseback riding, hayrides, a Western store, a General store, petting zoo, zip lining, waterfront restaurant, public boat ramp, boating, tennis, basketball, skeet shooting, swimming and coming soon is a Safari Adventure park!
Additional Services: Pet Fee $50 one time. Damage insurance is offered for $55 and can be added to reservation at checkout. Travel insurance is also offered.
