Why they chose this property
The property its located at the top of a hill, this is why we enjoy everyday of a great view and a cool breeze of wind. And you can access the location trough different roads, so you will not have any problems with traffic jams in hot hours (7am - 9am or 12pm - 2pm or 4pm - 6pm). The University is 5 minutes away, so it's easy for the students also.
