Great Property, fantastic views.

Wife and I really enjoyed our 1 month stay. Condo has wonderful views of downtown and the water. Easy walk into town and marina, walk back can be a little tough due to property being up the hill. Great response from owner and property manager. The pools were very refreshing and the whole property is clean and well maintained.

Peaceful

The Villa was very nice, views from sunrise (early, but worth it) to evening were spectacular! Mauricio was great and easy to work with, hooked us up with a driver Isabell, she was reliable and fantastic. Everything we did and explored was awesome. This villa has probably the best view of any villa in complex!

Amazing views, luxurious apartment!

Wow, loved this home from the minute I saw it online, however walking in the first time took my breath away! The views are incredible, and I don’t think I would ever tire of it. It was especially breath taking on New Year’s Eve when the sky was illuminated with amazing fireworks. The condo has everything one needs for a relaxing and luxury getaway. Love, love the open patio which welcomed the outside in! Would love to visit again for a longer period of time.

Fantastic view & top notch location!

This was our second stay in this particular unit in Cascadas located in the gated community of Pedregal. We love everything about this area - easy to walk to the marina and town, far enough away from the party scene to have some peace & quiet. Great views of the harbor and city lights. Love the large balcony and sliding doors. Rooms are very comfortable with lots of privacy. One suggestion that would make this unit even better is to swap out the bed in the back room with a king size bed. There is plenty of room and it would be a big plus for two couples sharing the unit!

Beautiful views and quiet location

The condo it's exactly as pictured. It is right outside of the main city area in a quiet, upscale, gated community that is close enough to have access to everything but just far enough to still be peaceful. The view is absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and at night. One of the property managers came to personally check us in on arrival and get us settled in. He was very personable and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous with comfortable beds and the common area was spacious with room for our two older children and us to move around without anyone feeling crowded for the 6 days of our trip. Our unit overlooked one of the swimming pools, which was great too. It was quite simply a lovely stay.

Great Place With Minor Glitch

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautiful and had everything we needed for cooking, heading the beach, etc. The view over the city and water is great. We spent the mornings taking hikes through the neighborhood and enjoying the neighborhood, then headed to the beach in the afternoons, which is just a few minutes by car. The only issue with our stay is that when the property manager came to return our security deposit on the last day, he said he had a "problem at the bank" and was $100 short. I've stayed in many HomeAway properties and never had an issue before like this. Overall though, we had a great stay.

Excellent Stay!

Absolutely stunning condo and spectacular views of all of downtown Cabo. Close to downtown walking and Marina. This condo is the only one with another balcony to sit outside and enjoy the lovely weather. Loved coming back to refreshing pools at end of day from Medano Beach. Having access to the gym was a plus and little market at the end of the hill. Special thanks to everyone who made this vacation go smoothly. Brandon for checking in on us to ensure we had everything and our driver Mauricio who was on time and assisted with luggage etc. We rented a car and that was helpful in exploring the area and getting over to San Jose. You have a designated parking spot and elevators to get to condo. This is a private gated upscale community and we felt safe and secure the entire time. Coming back soon.

Great location, fantastic views!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo in Cascada. It’s a beautiful location nestled in the hills of Pedregal. Loved the windows that slide open all the way and the cozy furniture on the balcony. Bed was comfy. Lots of towels for bath and pool time. Fairly quiet neighborhood. There is a lot of construction going on all over Cabo, so the floors were a bit dusty. Other than that, the place was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back!

We loved the beautiful condo. The view out to the city and bay was outstanding. All amenities were there to ensure a comfortable stay. It is in a safe, secure development and we enjoyed hiking up the paved streets to the top of the hill overlooking the Pacific and beautiful beaches.

Location is superb

Condo has an amazing view! Las Cascadas has a view of the city and the Sea from all of the units and the pools and hot tubs. Fantastic, safe location inside the gates of Pedregal. Very quiet escape but close to the action. This unit is exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds, tastefully appointed and stocked with all a family could need. We enjoyed leisurely walking up over the mountain to see the spectacular views of the Pacific and, also, down into town to sample the abundant restaurants. Brandon is a very prompt communicator and a pleasure to work with.

This is a wonderfully-appointed condo so close to downtown Cabo that you never miss any of the fun but far enough that you can get away from it all and relax, too. The pools in this complex are really lovely. Loved this place!

Awesome property, amazing view!

This property is exactly as advertised! Clean, well appointed and the view is the best in Cabo! Brandon was so responsive prior to our visit and met us at check in and spent significant time giving us awesome local info for our stay. The location is very convenient to easily get into downtown but we rented a car for greater flexibility. The unit comes with a designated parking spot in a covered garage area. The unit was immaculately cleaned and appointed! The pool/hot tub was great and we used the gas grill on a few occasions - also a plus. Did I mention the view?! The best in Cabo and the property is tucked in nicely in the hills of Pedregal. A gated entrance makes the property absolutely safe though all of Cabo was amazingly safe to walk at any time. We will definitely stay at this property again and would absolutely recommend it for anyone considering a visit here in beautiful Cabo. Thank you Brandon for your great service!

Beautiful views!!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo. Pictures do not do justice to the views! We would sleep with the blinds up so we could catch the sunrise, just spectacular. The condo was very clean & there are plenty of things already here to get you started on your vacation. I recommend using the transportation company offered by the property manager, they make your arrival & getting groceries on the way smooth & easy. I highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful experience from the start. Great communication. The pictures do not do the condo justice. Very clean, fully stocked & everything explained to the "T"!!! The view is indescribable. Beautiful views in a well maintained luxurious condo

This Property was all around fantastic! It's everything they advertised with lots of conveniences: beds, bedding, well stocked kitchen, nice furniture, large tv's & washer/Dryer. Would definitely choose this place again. This was our first time to Cabo and didn't know what to expect but we felt very comfortable the entire stay. Brandon and Bibi were very helpful and informative the entire time. Great job and thank you!

Wonderful getaway

This was our first stay in Cabo. We were tired of the resort vacations. This condo was well equipped and very comfortable. It is close to town and a great location for a good workout. It is located on a hill and totally doable for a walk, to local markets, restaurants or the marina. We walked to town and took a water taxi to Lover’s/Divorce Beach. The view from the patio of the city and ocean is gorgeous. However, I would not recommend this condo if you are physically disabled. The elevator was out of order for a brief time. There was construction next door, but, there is construction going on in most areas. Thank you :)

The Wendell Family Group, which was founded by Greg, Scott, Alan Berger and Robert Wendell, invests in a resort location properties, only after gaining a complete understanding of the various areas. We insure each guest is offered the most relaxing, comfortable vacation possible; we have the most experienced on-site property managers to assist with any & all needs. While we understand the benefits staying at a chain resort hotel, we feel there is a large need direct owner to guest(s) renting, which not only yields the best value but also provides luxurious “home away from home” units with hotel amenities & extensive support by experienced on-site property managers. With the Los Cabos International Airport only 30 minutes away, it is truly no surprise why over the last 20 years Cabo San Lucas has become one of America’s favorite playgrounds, which is supported by 80% of its visitors from the US and is expected to increase 12% a year. Whatever your pleasure, you can find it in Cabo! When you mention Cabo, then you must mention Sports fishing in the same breath. The magnificent Marina surrounding Cabo supports over 400 charter fishing boats ranging in size from 150 foot fishing yachts to the 12 foot smaller daily fishing charter boats. Cabo is home to the some of the most famous tournaments including Bisbee’s Black and Blue with its 3-million dollar purse, which continues to be a huge draw for the most talented of fisherman. To this, nothing more can be said when it comes to fishing at Lands End with the Sea of Cortez on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other. This location provides for most of the Striped Marlin population in the world plus large numbers of Blue and Black Marlin appear as if it’s there home, which is completely understandable as the marina offers everything to those in the water and on land! This area offers some of the best snorkeling and scuba diving found anywhere in the world as well as Para-sailing, surfing, jet skiing or wet biking in the Sea of Cortez. And, be sure to set aside an afternoon to relax on the white sandy beach, then cool off in the crystal blue water. For a new swimming experience, consider spending a few hours at the dolphin encounter and join the dolphins in there own private pool in Cabo San Lucas. The local public Medano beach area offers those “always on the go vacationers” land and water sports a plenty.
