Fox Valley Farmhouse Overlooking The Fox River!

A full gut rehab transformed this family friendly ranch into a gorgeous high end masterpiece of Farmhouse style decor complete with Maple wood floors, Carrera marble and Black iron fixtures throughout. The home is ranch style with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and a beautiful walkout basement complete with a bedroom bathroom and children's play mat and adult weight area! ! The space
Welcome to my beautiful Farmhouse home! We fully rehabbed this home in 2021 and put in beautiful maple floors with marble and stainless touches throughout! it consists of three bedrooms and three full bathrooms Plus a garage for your use. The upstairs consists of two spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and two full bathrooms with one attached master bath.
The beautiful spacious fully remodeled walkout basement consist of a bedroom with two twin size beds and an additional full-size bathroom and desk area for the business traveler. There is a giant soft play mat area for kids with toys and for adults I provide dumbbells and handweights for people who do not want to miss a work out. I also provide darts and a card table for the adults to have some fun as well!
Guest access
The guest has full access to the entire home including garage walkout basement and full-size washer and dryer!
Other things to note
This home is located on a hill overlooking the Fox River. We are right by walking paths that go straight to the town of Saint Charles and Geneva. There are numerous bike rental places available in season for your use. There's an abundance of parks nearby and wildlife to enjoy. Don't miss out on the five star restaurants in Geneva and Saint Charles you will not be disappointed!

Loved the location

We were able to walk to the fireworks and loved our proximity to our family events in Geneva, st Charles and Batavia. We will likely return for the next family reunion.

Excellent communication with owner. A beautful, clean and comfortable home. Every detail one could need was readily available. Having the use of a laundry machine and dryer was key to staying here while we showed the week at the local equestrian facility. Great home!!!

We were in town for our son's wedding. This house was the perfect spot for us, our adult children and grandbaby. Plenty of room for the family. Perfect location with walking path along the river and very close to everything.

Perfect location for our girlfriend getaway!

Friends Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and extremely clean. Close location to both downtown St. Charles and Geneva shopping and restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions and the check in/check out process was beyond easy. Would recommend 100% and hope to be back again someday!

We had a great experience at this property. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend this property, it is in a quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of things to do near by, very clean, cozy, and comfortable place to stay. I love the 3 full bathrooms so each room has its own facilities. The owner was amazing, polite, readily available to help with any questions or concerns. My family and friends greatly enjoyed ourselves and I look forward to returning to stay here again.

Local Grandmas Birthday Weekend Celebration

The pictures don’t do the property justice. Lacked nothing. Accessible to downtown St. Charles and 8 minutes from Walmart. The owner is very nice, available and eager to make restaurant suggestions. Everyone enjoyed the weekend!

Base Camp

Property was a great base camp for my family coming to town for a wedding. House was beautiful and met out needs. Steph was very responsive. Trick to getting the front door to lock is to lift up on the handle.
