The spacious living room welcomes you in a calm and stylish setting. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for preparing and enjoying meals together in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The house features three beautiful 18 m² bedrooms, each furnished with a 160x200 cm double bed. The master suite, both spacious and private (25 m²), includes a 200x200 cm bed, an ensuite bathroom, private toilets, and an adjoining walk-in closet.

The game room is perfect for all ages, equipped with a foosball table, darts, a large XXL convertible sofa (238 x 184 cm), and a selection of board games to enjoy quality time together.

A clever and discreet feature: the laundry room and pantry are hidden behind a closet door, maintaining the home’s clean and minimalist aesthetic while remaining fully functional.

Outside, everything is set for relaxation: a heated swimming pool awaits you for a refreshing dip at any time, with a large terrace ideal for dining al fresco or unwinding on warm summer evenings. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a barbecue and plancha are also available for delicious meals under the sun. And for a bit of fun, there’s a pétanque court ready for friendly matches.
