Two welcoming bedrooms, a modern bathroom and two terraces with a view of the garden offer you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.<br><br>On the lower level:<br>An independent 2-room apartment, with a double bedroom, a functional kitchen, a bathroom, and direct access to the main terrace and the swimming pool. Ideal for a second couple, friends or teenagers wanting more privacy.<br><br>Outside:<br>The garden, planted with Mediterranean plants and olive trees, surrounds a beautiful private swimming pool secured by an alarm, please note that the pool is not fenced. The large terrace, equipped with deckchairs, a dining table and a plancha, will allow you to take full advantage of sunny days and summer evenings.
