These are after-hours, and we may not be available to answer calls immediately if you need assistance. ➢ Weather ∘ Rainy day? An umbrella and boots may come in handy, as it can get muddy. ➢ Parking ∘ Please park on the gravel area directly in front of your cabin. ∘ Parking is available for 2–3 vehicles. ∘ If you have more than 3 vehicles, please contact your host to request overflow parking. ➢ WiFi ∘ WiFi is available but may occasionally be spotty due to the rural location. ➢ No Smoking, No Parties ➢ Pet Policy ∘ No pets are permitted due to the ranch animals on the property. ∘ Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are accepted only with a signed doctor's note. Very toddler friendly! Host was very responsive, easy check in and good communication back and forth. Plenty of parking. The kids loved feeding the goats. Plenty of shade and seating on the decks.

The place was beautiful we enjoyed our stay extended it twice. The ranch is peaceful quiet, close to restaurants, grocery stores, 30 minutes from several neat towns like Stephenville, Dublin, and Hamilton. Space was beautiful spacious simple, our host was amazing as well as the staff we met. The animals were a beautiful treat for sure. Big highlight for us. Over all it was a very peaceful beautiful space. We will definitely be returning here. Top notch.. very nice.
