2 BATH, HOME . This home is 5 minutes to the Marriott. Only 3 minutes to the Palm Beach Plaza. The home has 2 king size beds, 1 queen and 4 twins. It sleeps 10 comfortably 2 twins are bunk beds. Good for children, 2 pull out sofas also. All sheets and towels provided. The dining room has a beautiful dining room set that seats 8 people. There is a Large living . There are 2 pull out couches in the living room that is good for children. Not Good for adults for an entire week. They are good quality pull outs . The kitchen has granite countertops and a stainless steel refrigerator and stainess gas stove. . Nice newer home. Beautifully decorated.. Washer , hot water showers. Some Aruban homes only have tepid water showers, but I have hot water. All new asphalt roads in the neighborhood. This is an Aruban neighborhood. It is not gated, but very safe. Gated neighborhoods are about $400.00 per night for a 3 bedroom but I charge a lot less and it is just as nice a home. Read my reviews from other renters.. There is also a large apartment in the back if you need extra room to rent this also. It has a beautiful top of the line kitchen and a king bed and a twin bed


Sometimes my husband and I stay there for a bit in the winter, but you don't even know we are there. But I don't rent it to other people when this main house is taken
You are 5 minutes to places such as Soprano's night club, Hard Rock Cafe, Salt and Pepper which they include free internet. . Hot Spot internet can be hooked up right into your phone from my caretaker. Close to Dunkin Donuts, Hooter's, Texas Brazilian, Tony Roma's Rib House and about 30 more restaruants within 5 minutes by car. Only 3 minutes away from the New Palm Beach shops and restaurants.

The rates are extremely reasonable for this home. The price also includes an escort to the home. You won't have to worry about finding the house. Someone is there to meet you, take you to the house, show you the way and set you up in the house. He will show you how to work the air conditioning , and answer any questions. Condos and timeshares also charge an extra $12.00 a day in Gov't taxes. My home includes all TAXES. I have someone meet you and you follow him to the home. It is all included in the price. . You won't find a better bargain then this in Palm Beach. I also have a washer , hot water showers. Super furnished home. King beds and large rooms. You will be very pleased with this home and especially the price. Check out my other listings on VRBO . THIS home also has another quarters in the back off the patio that can also be rented if you have more guests. It is sometimes used by me and my husband, but we are extremely quiet. It is great to rent if you have more guests. Sleeps 4 more. Beautiful and a gorgeous kitchen and bathroom

Amazing House in a Great Area

This house was perfect for our family of 4 (me, my husband and our 2 adult children). The location was perfect, close to restaurants and the beach. Having the use of the car was a bonus as we were able to explore the island and not be confined to an all-inclusive resort. Eileen was the perfect host and was readily available for all my questions. She even provided much needed info on going through the airport during our departure as far as going through customs and TSA. Overall, this house was a perfect location for our amazing Aurba vacation!

Family reunion in Aruba for Christmas

The Kamay home was great! We were a party of 7. Plenty of community space to be all together, plenty of space if we wanted some privacy and quiet time. A large well equipped kitchen, huge dining room table, large patio, pool, outside shower, comfortable beds, abundant clean towels, chairs to take to beach. The AC was AMAZING and the WIfi worked awesome. There was plenty of room for everyone and very close to everything without the stuffiness Of the high rise resorts

Great host, great place, overall excellent time at this fantastic location!!! We lived under the terrace and in the pool. This was a convenient location up in Noord, less than 6 min from the high rise/night life/casino area.....We loved this location and it had the perfect setup for our family. We couldnt ask for anything better. Awesome kitchen, nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Hot water, endless towels, beach chairs and coolers.....everything you need to enjoy your stay not only at the residence but going to the beach as well. The host is just awesome to work with. Eileen was responsive and always willing to help. No matter what we needed, she was always available to either guide us through the issue or get in touch with the right person to help assist. We can't say enough. This was definitely a home away from home. Very convenient and made our trip just perfect. Ps.....watching New Years fireworks in the back yard of this location was just down right special. Like nothing we have ever seen before amd this made the trip unique

very good deal

We spent 10 lovely days in Aruba, one of the favorite places. It was our first time in the house instead of a resort, and if you are ready to cook there is much cheaper way to have a vacation. We cooked only breakfast and some sandwiches for lunch to take with us to the beach. In the evening we went to the restaurants. We like Wacky Wahoo's and B55.They have reasonable prices and very good food and service. In the house we had everything as it was promised, the owner is very easy person to deal with and honest which is important for us. We had fresh cold water in the refrigerator, when we stepped in the house and it was very nice for the hot weather day. There are plenty of towels and beach chairs which were helpful when we went on Baby and Catalina beach to snorkel. Amazing experience!!!. As a suggestion for the owner I would prefer better toaster, as the one in the kitchen already not working good, but other vice we were happy there and will be happy to come again.

Aruba family vacation 12/30/2023-1/9/2024

Before arriving at the property, Eileen the owner had reached out to let us know of the paperwork Aruba needs completed to enter the country and to put me in contact with her caretaker Elvin. Elvin had reached out to let me know where the house was and I easily found it with the pinned directions he sent. Elvin (very nice guy) showed me around the house and explained how everything worked and where everything was. The outdoor deck area was huge and covered from the sun. Nice to hang out there anytime of the day. Younger ones used the pool which was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms handled everyone and the beds were comfortable. LivingRoom area was good for hanging if you felt like with access to cable TV and Netflix. House had chairs and floats to use which was great. We cooked in and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was close to (25 min walk) Palm beach but you really should get a vehicle to get around. All in all it was a great trip and highly recommend Eileen’s wonderful home should it fit your needs.

Wonderful for guys scuba trip

This was a last minute vacation rental due to a location change to Aruba. We had a party of 7 adult scuba divers that had to make quick changes. The price of the House was wonderful. AC and hot water throughout residence. The large covered patio and in the pool is where we spent our time when we were not diving. House is well equipped with towels, cooking supplies. All restaurants and stores within a 3 min drive. We took advantage of the available car rental too. Would be happy to stay here again. Communications with the house keeper Elvin and the owner was wonderful. Each room could sleep 3 adults no problem. Do not hesitate to book this for a large family, friends trip.

Location

The house is in a perfect location! Minutes away from anything you may need or want to do. You must eat at Wacky Wahoo’s! The neighborhood dogs are super friendly, but can be a nuisance at night because of excessive barking. A couple nights we had a hard time sleeping because of them barking.

Aruba Nov 2020

This property is very large and clean and has a pool which is important to us. My favorite spot was the very large outside roofed patio area where you can stay rain or shine. There is also an apartment next to the patio that can be used for extra guests for an extra price. We used that for one out of three weeks. We are not used to having animals around at home and we live in the country and this house is in an area where there are lots of baking dogs.

Great location and great value

This house is a great value for the location and size. I would definitely recommend for a bigger family. We had another great time in Aruba and this vacation rental was exactly what we needed to entertain our local friends while there. This house is in the exact location you want to be if staying on the island more than a couple of days.

Just about Perfect

We were there Dec. 22 -29th, 2017. Great house. Roomy. Cooked all breakfasts in. Elvin escorted us to the house, stopping at the large grocery on the way there. This was above all expectations. Eileen communicated with us regularly and made herself available for any and all questions. We walked the beaches everyday but one, early morning, to not be in the sun. Palm Beach, Eagle Beach and the beach south of eagle we're all terrific. We would highly recommend the car. We carried the chairs to.the beach everyday and went to Baby Beach and the lighthouse. The temperature was perfect 78 - 85. Trade winds everyday so it never felt hot. My brother stayed in one of the resorts, and I can tell you we had a lot more room. And even tho they used points that we didn't have, we loved our decision to rent this house. It was convenient to the best beaches. The only thing lacking was a pool. But we don't do pools when we have a perfect beach. I would recommend a map. We got really lost the first day. But a map helped until we located ourselves and figured out Google maps. There is a step here and there in the house so you have to be aware of them. We ate really good seafood everyday. Terrific restaurants. I will review them another time. The house, Elvin, Eileen and Aruba all get a top rating. I highly recommend you go. Biggest mistake: not going for 2 weeks. Wish I was there now. PS : Elvin is a jokster.

Home Away From Home!

A very comfortable home, the beds were comfortable too! The house was clean with plenty of towels available. There was a tabletop grill we used on the patio to cook at 'home' a couple of nights. Plenty of places to eat close by and places to by groceries. We were able to wash clothes and hang them out of doors on a line. Lots of seating out on a covered patio with a breeze blowing. We were able to meet the owners of the home while we were there. Super nice people and fun to be around! They were very helpful with recommending car rental, groceries, restaurants, and fun things to do!

Great Value!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious, clean house - easily accomodated our family of 5 including a never-sitting-still toddler and 2 teenagers who needed their own space and privacy. During our stay we were lucky to meet the owners - Eileen and Bob - excellent people, very friendly and helpful, who tried very hard to make our stay even more comfortable. With an affordable rental car the house is close to everything - beaches, shops and restaurants. We will defenitely come back!

Nice Stay in Aruba

Nice roomy house, friendly and trustworthy owner, caretaker and housekeeper. It was enjoyable to watch the two owls (the national bird of Aruba) perched in the back. Most of the dogs that roamed the street actually had collars (not strays), and all of them were very friendly and very well-behaved! Even the dogs are happy in Aruba! Elvin's WiFi hot spot worked extremely well - highly recommended! Nice value, and very enjoyable Christmas vacation!

Excellent value, great location, affordable rental car, great owner and caretaker!

We had our wedding in Aruba and needed to find a place for some family members. We have a timeshare at the Marriott Surf Club, but we had a large group (16 people) so we decided to rent this house in addition to the timeshare. It was really one of the best decisions we made for our trip! Our family stayed here for about a week. My parents stayed here and they really enjoyed it because of its convenience and spaciousness. To save on costs, we cooked some of our meals and found that having a large kitchen and dining area for the family to convene and eat together was great! The two bathrooms were huge! The house is clean and it's close enough to all of the hotels in the Palm Beach area that it was very convenient. Additionally, it's very close to some very delicious, local restaurants including The Old Cunucu House restaurant, which was recommended to us by Elvin (he is the house's caretaker and overall, very great guy!) and 2 Fools and a Bull. Overall, it was really great! Elvin was very helpful and assisted us in getting transport from the airport to the house. Eileen was very good in communicating with us and answering any questions we had. We would recommend renting the truck: it is cheaper than renting from a car rental place and having the truck was just super convenient for whenever we needed to go anywhere. We rented a large minibus since our family was so large but the truck was very convenient for quick trips to the Aruba Surf Club or beach. Just be warned that there are stray dogs and chickens roaming the area. It's very safe in the area, but don't expect a tourist spot. Personally, we liked that there were no tourists lingering about. The next neighbor was very nice! The hotspot is a must! The house is also very close to a KFC, Chinese Take-out place, a Catholic Church, and a local supermarket. Some recommendations we would have for travelers: look through the coupons they give you at the airport, it'll save you money! You can get a free drink from the Old Cunucu House using one of those coupons! We would definitely recommend renting this house. Eileen is a great "landlord", Elvin a great caretaker and local connection, and the value for the house is just excellent! Aruba is so safe that you really don't need to worry about being off the resort and being at the house just gives you more chances to explore the island! The north shore is absolutelyyyyy amazing!!!

Nice House Close To The Heart Of An Island With Wonderful People

We really enjoyed our two-week stay in this nice sized house. It was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning always felt great. The showers have heated water which not all island homes have throughout the Caribbean. It is close enough to the heart of Aruba (Palm Beach High Rise Area) where you can get there quickly and then get back out which was perfect for us. The truck was a blessing to us for we were able to see the entire island from one end to the other. It has a diesel engine with a standard transmission and is easy to drive. It has 4-wheel drive which offers security when exploring the island. We loved seeing the Burrowing Owls and call me crazy but I liked the roosters to. Elvin took great care of us and we consider him our friend in Aruba. He has a band and we went and enjoyed them one evening and had a great time. We had some great food (Smokey Joes for Ribs … Lindas Dutch Pancakes … Iguana Joes for lunch, drinks and a cool place … Pinchos for a fantastic sunset view and dinner … Texas De Brazil for a meat carnivores dream! There is a nice grocery store close by that had everything that we wanted and more. We snorkeled everywhere and were able to video many different tropical fish. The snorkeling was great right from the many beaches that we frequented. The sun was hot but there was always a nice trade wind breeze blowing that made it feel great. Before deciding on going to Aruba we read where many people keep going back. We have always wanted to visit other islands that we haven't been to but now see why everyone returns to Aruba and we will to. The resident people in Aruba are truly wonderful and are like a breath of fresh air. They are so very kind and friendly. We cannot say this for some of the other islands that we have been to. We always felt safe everywhere that we went. The neighbors around the house are good kind people also. You mix wonderful people on a beautiful island with great weather and add in the nice house with available truck and you can have yourself a fantastic vacation! (Typing this review takes me back … Which is where I'd like to be!)

Great stay in Aruba

We had a great time at this vacation rental. We loved being off the beaten path, away from the resorts, but still in close proximity to everything. The truck rental was great, made everything very accessible. The neighbors were very friendly, and the burrowing owls next door kept track of us at all times! We made friends with some local dogs, and they kept us company every morning and evening on the front porch. Very safe, friendly area of Aruba, you will not be disappointed if you choose this house. The house itself was clean, roomy, and even though there were only 2 of us, it would be plenty big for 3 groups. Elvin was prompt, helpful, and informative. Easy to work with! Get the wifi hot spot--very convenient, you can carry it with you everywhere, and have wifi no matter where you go. Thank you Eileen for a great vacation.

Great Time.

We stayed for a week. It was great! Staying here we got more of an authentic Aruba experience than staying in the environment of a hotel. The truck was also a great plus, to be able to drive and explore the island. If you want more of a cultural experience, this is the place to stay. The house was clean and nice. Just watch for the multi level steps through out the house. It will trip you up till you get used to it.

a wonderful home

This was the best vacation house we have ever rented. It is not really a vacation cottage but a very beautiful and comfortable home. There is plenty of room for a large family though we were only four. It was very clean when we arrived and everything was as described in the renter's info. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are nice and big. It was a plus to have the car. It is a nice little pick-up and seats 5 very easily. It is a standard so make sure someone in your group will be able to drive it. Eileen was great to deal with - very friendly and helpful. I would, (and have) reccommended this property to anyone who will listen. There is nothing better on the island for this price. It is a steal. We will be back - hopefully soon.

Vacations at Aruba

My family and I rented this house with the vehicle included. The house is very spacious and comfortable, as described by the owner. Everything was great. The house is very well located, close to the high rise hotels and beaches, will not find a better option than this. Worth every penny. We will do it all over again without any hesitation. A great price, a great location, a large comfortable house. The owner and property manager on Aruba were very nice and easy to deal with. Just returned from Aruba with my son and my brother. The house is large and roomy, it could sleep 12 comfortably, comfortable furniture and beds. Close to the high-rise hotels, casinos, restaurants and beachs. The owner very responsive and returned my deposit quickly. The gas grill is a portable one, it worked very well for the three of us, it would be hard to use for large parties. The house does not have wi-fi. That would be a great addition along with a full size grill, and a small stereo would be on my wish list.

I had the privilege of renting this house for a full month, had several of my friends visit me while I was there and everyone loved the accommodations! The house was exactly as described and the truck was a great deal too. Elvin was a pleasure to work with ( he is the liaison for the house ) If your looking for one of the most cost effective no worry ways to visit Aruba, this is a great path for making that happen. The only very minor complaint I had was the house was not the cleanest when I arrived, that being said there is a vacuum cleaner, cleaning products and plenty of wash cloths to clean it to your individual standards. ( I was given the option to clean the house on departure instead of paying for a service to do it) which I thought was nice. Lastly I've read through the list of reviews and did see one complaint one listed, I can assure you that lady was crazy ( I was also told the truck is manual trans. btw) and how do you complain about the heat in aruba??? isn't that why your there! Anyhoo, I had the trip of a lifetime and would/will absolutely rent this house again! Bon Dia!

Christmas in Aruba

We stayed in the house over Christmas 2011. It was a true bargain. The house is very nice, if out of the way. The owners include the option of the use of a truck (if you can drive a stick, take it - not all roads are paved in Aruba and a truck ou SUV is a good idea). We took our 3 kids and it was nice to have room to spread out and not be on top of one another. If you stay, look for the owls that live in the area and hang out in the back yard. Very cute!

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy a home in Aruba because of the safe surroundings. Everyone speaks English, and they are very friendly people. The weather is always beautiful. We also chose the Palm Beach area as it is the best area of Aruba with being so close to all the high rises, resturants and beaches. There is so much to do in Aruba including horse back riding, and water crafts. Little cafe's and bars on the beach are an added plus. The downtown area is a 15 minute drive. The airport is only 15 minutes away too. You will love this home away from home.
