Private and Exclusive - 2 Bedroom Condo at Eagle Beach - Aruba

Exclusive and home-like. Brand-new, two-story condo at Jardines del Mar, a small high-end development, private and relaxing. Two hundred yards from Eagle Beach, the best beach in Aruba, but off the main road in a quiet location.

The property is fully enclosed and secure, with concierge service, private parking within the grounds, and beautiful courtyard/garden, which forms a natural extension of the front patio.

On the first floor is the living room with an LCD TV/Cable and sitting area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a half-bathroom.

The second floor has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms and ample storage space. A balcony looks to the grounds and the swimming pool.

There are two patio areas, one on each side of the house, with tables and chairs.

Amenities include a comfortable and relaxing pool side with a covered sitting area; a gym with weights and work-out equipment; a common covered outdoors party room; an outdoors grilling and baking station; high-speed Wi-Fi service; and one of the most luxurious gardens on the island.

The area of the property is that of low-rise hotels, where the best beaches on the island are found. A recently opened scuba diving school is next door. Several fashionable restaurants are within walking distance, including Chalet Suisse and The Screaming Eagle. Downtown Oranjestad, shopping areas, two new popular malls, and most other island attractions are within 5 to 10 minutes by car.

Our stay was quiet enjoyable. The pool and amenities were easily accessible. The location of the home is conveniently located to the beach, supermarkets and dining. The owner and the property manager were very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had.

Great location

Had a fabulous vacation staying in this condo! I was with a group of 4 women and we felt very safe in the gated property. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. It’s a very short walk to the beach and to a convenient store. Would definitely stay here again.

A quiet retreat by Eagle Beach

This property is a real hidden gem within a few minutes walk to Eagle Beach. The unit is in a quiet gated property with lovely gardens and easy walking distance to the ocean. This particular unit is large and spacious however it is quite dated and would benefit from updated furniture and fixings. That being said we did have a lovely month long stay.

Everything needs a deep clean

As soon as you enter the property the musty smell of mold and mildew hits you really hard, it was so bad on the first floor that we could not use it for the first two days, we just stayed on the second floor and went down only to leave the place. If you are allergic to that I would recommend staying someplace else. My wife's allergies were horrible the first two days. The condo is nice, has a lot of potential, but everything is really really old, the sofa set on the first floor is so dirty that they had to cover it with sheets, still you can see the stains and years of grime all over it. TVs on the second floor did not work, the one on the first floor did work but the picture was so grainy that you can barely see anything and for the life of me I could not figure out how to turn the volume up or down, I tried EVERYTHING. The kitchen was nicely stocked with the things one needs, but because of the smell on the first floor, we hardly stepped in the kitchen. I gave it two stars mainly because of neighborhood, it was really nice, and really close to Eagle Beach. The property manager seemed like a nice guy, was quick to respond to messages,

Amazing location and very nice condo complex

The complex opens on two different streets. The address I had was at the back of the complex so the property manager and I didn’t connect for almost 45 min which seemed an eternity after a trip spanning 11 hours. Once we connected he gave me a quick rundown of property and suggested we use Whats App for communication. I’d suggest you download this app since it seems to be widely used on island. Caution w 2 things. The front entrance has a step at the door that several people tripped over. Also tile very slippery when wet ( front entrance and bathrooms). There are mats in showers but also need to put down the bath mats. There are several in the unit. Entry is gated and completely surrounded with a high wall. I was there alone for several days throughout my stay and felt safe the entire time. Complex has about 30 units w mixture of owners and week by week rentals. Back patios open onto very nice green space with nice landscaping, lights at night and pool. Pool area has covered space w private toilet, a couple tables and chairs and big ice maker. No public use grills. There were 6 lounges in good shape but many days needed a few more. A few chairs but fabric was pulling away so not so inviting. Pool area and grounds well maintained and clean. Had FT groundskeeper who worked hard every day. Exercise room small but decently equipped with sliders and air conditioning plus a toilet. Unit itself has had some updates. Very nice to have 2 en-suite baths plus 1/2 bath downstairs. Nice terrace in back and small patio in front. Also back bedroom has small patio.. Back terraces w nice furniture. LR furniture looked new. Other furnishings dated but serviceable. Mattresses clean but have wear evident. Great closet space. No safe available for valuables. Washer dryer combo in unit which was plus. Dishwasher and range hood did not work which was disappointing. TV in LR and back bedroom need replaced. Only a tiny charcoal grill available. (4 burgers at a time). Owner is aware and said he’d do repairs when he’s on island. Overall I and my visitors had a great time. Aruba overall feels safe and this complex seemed safe for single female travelers. I would definitely consider returning to this unit and am looking forward to an update from owner following his trip.

Everyone that we meet at the condo property was very friendly and fun to spend specialtime with. Maggie, our contact person was fabulous, always ready to assist us in any way she could.... condo was very clean. Aron, the owner was always ready to assist throughout our entire process of booking the condo, as well as any other questions we had regarding our stay in Aruba.

A very, very nice place!!!

This condo is located in a very beautiful and quiet complex. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable and has everything you might need. It is a very easy and short walk to a quiet part of the beach (which is what we love!) with huts for shade and you can rent beach chairs. There are 2 very good restaurants within a 5 minute or less walk from the condo which is nice. However if you choose to go downtown to eat and you choose not to rent a car (we did not rent a car) a taxi will pick you up in about 2-3 minutes from the time you call them! The owner was very helpful by answering all of my questions and making us feel comfortable coming to Aruba for our first time. The condo caretaker was wonderful!!! And she was always available when we needed her. I would most definitely recommend staying in this condo if you are going to Aruba...I would definitely stay there again!!!

Excellent place, stay

This was our first time in Aruba. We had a great time staying at this place. Great condo facilities, safe, good neighbors, clean, safe place to park car. Close to the beach and its activities. Excellent and unforgettable vacation!

We have been looking to rent a property in Aruba for a family of 5 ( 2 adults and 3 kids)- hotel rooms seem like a small space for us, so we searched around and found this GEM in ARUBA. The owner of the property is the most wonderful, helpful, honest and genuine person. He was very helpful in booking the property as well as supplying us with the details on the area, beach and other amenities. This townhome is gorgeous inside and out- located in the beautiful part of eagle beach, walking distance -easy access with even kids! Beautifully manicured property, pool, garden- the unit has everything you need (kitchen, amazing patio to eat breakfast, clean rooms, towels, etc). We loved every day we spent in this property and already talking on coming back! Aruba is a beautiful and unforgettable country- and the place we stayed in made it even more unforgettable! The perfect getaway with a great location!

Our family of five just returned from a wonderful stay at this immaculate, spacious condo that has an ideal location that's an easy one block walk from the best beach on the island: Eagle Beach. The homeowner could not have been more attentive and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the condo is--we were able to cook many of our own meals and even do laundry! We highly recommend renting a car to explore other parts of the island, especially for snorkeling and dining out. Overall, a great stay and we would highly recommend this well-situated rental.

Spent a week at the condo. Great location about a 5 minute walk to a very quiet beach. About a 10 minute drive to town or to the high rise area. Condo is not fancy, but is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Beds were good and the area was quiet.

Great stay

Our stay at the condo was absolutely delightful. We had our coffee each morning by the pool and spent each day at one of the many beaches on the island. It was wonderful to be only a block from my favorite: Eagle beach. The condo was very clean and perfect for us. My only complaint is that a week wasn't long enough! For the price, this condo was an excellent buy, however, I do think anyone staying would need to rent a car as the grocery stores & moderately priced restaurants aren't within walking distance.

Aruba Rental

This two bedroom, two and a half bath is an Aruban delight! Perfect for a beach getaway. The apartment is ideally located, just minutes from Eagle Beach, a favorite beach in Aruba. It's meticulously clean, and the property is gated and well taken care off. When not on the beach, you can relax on the patio with a glass of wine or watch movies on one of two flat screen TVs. What more can you ask for? Bon Voyage!

Great rental across from Eagle Beach

This condo was perfect for my family of four, including two teenagers. We loved having the space (two bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms) and the condo is lovely and well-located, a short walk across the street from Eagle Beach. The complex is down the street from the Screaming Eagle, a helpful landmark and excellent restaurant. The condo has all you need from A/C and four beach chairs to all kitchen appliances, including a coffee maker and microwave. The complex is well-maintained and was very quiet and sparsely populated when we were there. The owner is very nice to deal with and provides useful tips about Aruba. There is no wi fi in the condo, but you can go across the street to the Costa Linda hotel complex and purchase an access card for use at any SETAR hot spot. If you rent a car, which we recommend to allow you to easily explore the island, you can park in the condo complex. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this pleasant condo during Christmas week 2010 and would recommend it without any reservation to others.

Best in Aruba

We are real travelers and have been in many places around the world. Our vacation in Aruba was the best one yet. The property is exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. The property is beautiful, spacious, private, and well-maintained. But the best thing is that it's only a few minutes by foot to the gorgeous beach (Eagle Beach). We fell so in love with this place that we've already been back twice to visit. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout the booking process. The place is centrally located to all the attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Two blocks away is one of our favorite restaurants on the island, The Screaming Eagle. The Chalet Swiss is also great and within walking distance. We would strongly recommend this place to everyone.
