Lake Worth Beach Bungalows consist of 4 Separate and Private Bungalows (1BR x3 /2BR x1) that have been newly renovated and furnished with tropical & coastal beach vibes. Perfect for Extended stays- Come to vacation, work, or play! The location is perfect- minutes walk from Downtown Lake Worth Beach's Lake Avenue, restaurants, shopping and the best beaches! The Space: Lake Worth Beach Bungalows consist of 4 private Bungalows, which can be rented separately or together for larger parties. You’ll find all the comforts of home in this cute complex right near everything. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. K-cups and tea are provided. Ultra high-speed WIFI is provided. The living area includes a smart 4K TV. Feel free to use your own streaming apps. The bedroom has a brand-new KING memory foam mattress with plenty of pillows and clean white linens. Another sleeping area is the new QUEEN memory foam pull out sofa. The bathroom has all the necessities; white towels, black makeup towels, hair dryer and basic toiletries in case you forget your own. As an ADDED BONUS we provide beach towels for your trips to the beach. No need to pack these in your suitcase! Each unit has its own outdoor patio to enjoy the warm Florida weather. The patio is perfect for morning coffee listening to birds or for closing out the night with a bottle of wine and quiet conversation. Our common laundry area features 2 washers and 2 driers are available in the garage (in the rear of the property) for guest use. Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated which we can provide when the guest is not at home. For SERVICE pets we require ADA documentation. (ESA or therapy pets are required to be included on the reservation and must pay the pet fee) ALL PETS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH US IN ADVANCE. In order to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in our short term rental, we use a variety of effective cleaning supplies such as Fabuloso, Pine-Sol and bleach. These products are carefully chosen for their proven ability to disinfect and sanitize surfaces, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all our guests. This rental is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
