Welcome to Peppertree Lane Ranch, an upscale seven-acre guest ranch in the heart of Temecula Valley Wine Country!

Our Main Residence offers 3,600 square feet of indoor/outdoor living, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a heated pool and spa, four wood-burning fireplaces, a grilling area, and several outdoor seating and dining areas. Decorated tastefully with upscale rustic ranch décor, the Residence provides every amenity you’ll need to unplug, unwind and feel pampered.

The wineries of Palumbo and Lorenzi are our immediate neighbors, and – with direct gated access to vineyard trails – a number of major wineries along Rancho California are a short walk away, including Bottaia, Wiens, Ponte, South Coast, and Monte de Oro.

-- The Main Residence offers four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, in a single-story rancher. Throughout the 3,600 square feet of living space you’ll find rich stonework, expertly crafted wood and metal accents, and exquisite details in every nook and cranny.

-- As you enter, you’ll be greeted with an open floorplan that flows from a casual bar area with a shuffleboard table, to the living room with soft leather seating, to the meticulously appointed kitchen, to the dining room with a locally handmade table that seats 10.

-- Opening the three accordion-style glass walls at the back of the house creates a true indoor-outdoor living space, with an easy flow to the pool, grill and outdoor seating. You’ll have unparalleled views of the vineyards and tasting rooms along the Rancho California wine trail, with front-row seats to the hot air balloon launches each morning and some of the most spectacular sunsets California has to offer.

-- The master bed and bath comprise roughly 1,000 square feet of living space, plus a large private patio and grass area. The bedroom offers a king bed, fireplace, seating area, and smart TV. The bathroom is airy and expansive, featuring a grotto-style shower, separate water closet, two sinks with ample counter space, a built-in makeup vanity, and two walk-in closets with generous space for every outfit you care to bring. Two external-facing doors offer access to the pool area and the private patio.

-- The second master bedroom offers a king bed, fireplace, seating area, and smart TV. The bath has a stonework grotto-style shower. The walk-in closet offers ample space for clothing and travel gear, and a separate water closet completes the space.

-- Two additional guest rooms are located along the main hallway, each with a smart TV, a ceiling fan, and a full bathroom. One guest room faces the pool and offers a queen bed, while the other faces the front of the house and has two beds, a full and a twin.

-- Just beyond the pool area is a grill and smoker, along with a fully-fenced private seating area and dog exercise area.

-- The house is situated on a quiet, gated 7-acre guest ranch with trails and roads you’re free to explore and enjoy. Located in the heart of Temecula Valley Wine Country, the ranch is surrounded by vineyards, immediately between Palumbo and Lorenzi and within walking distance (through our pedestrian gate and via the vineyard trails) from several of the major Rancho California wineries.

-- Soon after you complete your reservation, we will send you a personal link to our digital guidebook. It provides lots of helpful information about the property and the local area, including suggestions for things to see and do during your stay. At that point, we’ll also provide more details about our very simple and contact-free check-in process.

-- We believe that good hospitality centers on taking care of as many details as we can so our guests can simply arrive and relax. To that end, we keep the house well-stocked with most everything you’ll need during your visit. This includes kitchen staples (spices, oils, butter, milk, etc.), cookware and bakeware, indoor and outdoor tableware, phone and tablet charging stations, portable workstations and folding chairs, rollaway beds, extra bedding, and much more. And if you let us know in advance, we can generally take care of any special requests you may have for your time with us.
