My family and I rented this house for a small family reunion of seven people. It had everything we needed and was extremely well equipped. We especially appreciated the ice machine and the condiments in the refrigerator. Communication with the host was very good. The checkout procedures were not excessive as with some places.

The house is amazing!!! It is by far the best-stocked kitchen that I have ever experienced in a rental. The home is very clean and bright, and it felt great the minute we walked in. We enjoyed the pickleball court every morning, and the outdoor night lights make it really nice to sit outside. All the beds were very comfortable, and the extra supplies of bedding and towels were great. Alex was very helpful and responded quickly to any of my questions. We will definitely be back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the interior of the home as well as the exterior. We especially had fun with the sports area from the putting green to the basketball/pickle ball court. Played ping pong everyday! The pool was appreciated throughout the day when the temperature was 100 degrees plus! We stayed in for dinners (easier with the small grandchildren) and loved that the kitchen was very well stocked! Would highly recommend staying here! Alex was a great host!

Rented for 1 week to celebrate my kids 18th and 20th birthdays. Week of relaxing and celebrating. Property was amazing and perfect....tons to do for everyone...pickle ball, basketball, pool, games, etc. The kitchen setup is fantastic, big and open...beautiful space. Outdoor pizza oven and grills were perfect and we used them everyday! Super close to multiple wineries if you like that...many in walking distance. We didnt try any this time, but walked each morning and definitely a nice walk to several...that will be next time!One other detail that I loved and was so helpful since we were doing family style meals each day...there is a ton of dishes amd serving platters, it was great! The house and property are fantastic, we would absolutely rent again. Alex is a great host, super communicative and provides all the info you need prior to arriving. Thank You Alex!!

I rented this property to serve as the “rest and relaxation” hub for my 50th birthday weekend with friends that were flying in from all over the country. It could not have been more perfect and it completely exceeded my expectations! Everyone raved about how spacious but warm the space felt, and how comfortable the beds were, the seven of us were able to spread out throughout the house and the backyard when we wanted our quiet time, but then come together around area areas that were perfectly cultivated for gathering. Alex was an incredibly helpful and communicative host as well. My only point of caution is that you will be able to hear the reception music from the nearby winery if they’re hosting a wedding, but my group actually enjoyed having the soundtrack to our evenings. I couldn’t have asked for anything more and will definitely be revisiting this property in the future!!

Great for family gathering. Lots of outdoor activities. Really enjoyed the regulation pickleball court. Hugh kitchen and great room. Kitchen is fully equipped. We really enjoyed the outdoor pizza oven, sink, ice machine, 2 grills, and fridge. Pool was the largest we have ever seen. Great wineries close by. We have rented a house for the whole family every year for the last 20 yrs in various parts of the US. Well worth the price for our 7 day vacation. The Host, Alex Lluchs, prides himself on being available to answer questions. Greatly appreciated! VRBO has an official name for the property. We refer to it as “VILLA MAGNIFICENT”!!

Perfect Place for a Bachelorette in Wine Country

The location of this house was perfect being central to most wineries (also walking distance to a few). We loved the common spaces, especially the open kitchen / living space. Definitely recommend for a large group, as the # of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect!

Great VRBO

Great location, we walked to three wineries.The villa was very clean, kitchen had three coffee makers, host provided many ammenities. I talked to the host before making the reservation, he called when we checked in, and the next day after we checked out. Always available and ready to be helpful and answere questions. The back yard was like a resort.Our group would love to stay at the villa next year.

The property was magnigico in every sense. There are loads of things to do at the house plus walking distance to superb wineries just down the road. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for meal preps including a well stocked spice cabinet. The pool area is great for conversations in several areas with the bar handy. I would recommend adding dimmer switches to the lights as it gets very bright and a few small tables next to the chaise lounges for placing valuables while swimming would be a nice touch. Alex was very responsive and easy to get ahold of and very amenable to work with.

Wonderful place

The place was great. Clean comfortable beds. Great outdoor space. Host was very responsive. Was a great gathering space for family for wedding in temecula Only items to improve would be pickleball court (as balls don’t bounce) and so many rules for house and visitors
