Place was fantastic for our family. Host was excellent in communicating pre check-in as well as availing herself with quick responses to questions. Would definitely recommend, and hope to make this our annual beach getaway.

This condo was great! Clean, everything in working condition, everything we needed was there, we really did have beach chairs and umbrella on the beach at no extra charge! So many places say that, but then you really have to rent them.

We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and the beach service! We pay the seasonal (mid March through late October) rental fee for two Beach Chairs and umbrella, which saves our guests about $45-50 per day in rental fees. The facility elevators need major work , only one elevator ( on east building ) was in service the entire week , had to climb 5 flights of stairs when it went down , it was back working the next morning, at 70 years old the elevator is a necessity. This was not the fault of the owner ! AC worked fine but difficult to reach a comfortable temp . Temp display dosent seem accurate. Would rent again without hesitation , parking under building was a huge plus.

Our condo association property manager assured me that they are working diligently to repair the "out of service" elevator (waiting for a part to be delivered) and to keep both elevators operational. It is convenient to either walk or drive (approximately 1 mile) to Pier Park, where you can shop, dine , listen to music, walk around, etc. We strive to provide a comfortable, home-y environment with incredible Gulf/beach front views. Our cleaner takes pride in keeping our condo very clean She is fantastic!

We had such a great time! We loved the private beach access that keeps out the crowd. The free beach service was amazing also! We loved how the condo is at the beginning of PCB and not where its so crowded! We will definitely be back!

Great condo!

As always, we love this condo! So comfortable and has everything you need! Plus the owners are easy to get a hold of and so nice. It’s also very centrally located being less than 15 minutes from the airport.
