AquaVista is a low density complex located on the west end of Panama City beach within one mile of Pier Park! Great beach rental for couples, families of four, and no greater than 3 adults! Restaurant and Winn-Dixie grocery store across the street. This is a two bedroom, two bath 1200 sq. foot unit with spectacular views from the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Tastefully decorated with a coastal feel. Large balcony! Free beach chairs and umbrella during season (March 15 - October 15, 2026). Wireless Internet and desk. Work from the beach!
Condo is disinfected after every visitor for your safety. Photo of Driver’s License (front and back) is required for condo rental.

Note: Monthly rentals are available from December 1 - March 1 at a discounted rate... deep cleaning upon departure required.

AquaVista is our favorite place since 1988. 705E is an up to date condo with easy access and nice furnishings all the way around. If I could improve one thing it would be this; The facility needs a faster elevator. Other than that, pack your bags and enjoy!

We liked everything!

There was nothing we did not like about this property. Easy access to beach, condo tastefully furnished and fully stocked. We loved the big balcony and terrific views. Very nice private beach. Definitely will consider this property for future beach trips!

Perfect stay

Everything was clean and everything worked except 1 TV. I emailed the owner and they fixed it right away. Very enjoyable and will certainly stay there again. Some other bonuses were fast elevators and an uncrowded beach.

The beach wasn’t crowded and was in a great location. The road work is a little loud but if you don’t sleep in then it’s not a problem. The condo was great!
