This place was designed for you!
Feel safe knowing that we keep this house sanitized beyond the standard.
Each bedroom has a luxury bed with bamboo sheets. Pamper yourself in a fluffy white robe and enjoy a cup of coffee as you Wake Up in Texas!

But first, the Wine!
We welcome you with our favorite full bodied old vine zinfandel from Lodi, Cali (famous for their old vine zin)
AND since we're on subject of the finer things in life...
Have you ever felt the buttery softness of breathable bamboo sheets?!?
We've got you covered! All four of your luxury beds and both pull out sofa beds are blanketed for blissful rest with a cushy, supportive mattress and plenty of pillows.

NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10PM. Please obey the parking guide included in the rental agreement. A ring doorbell camera is in use as well as cameras at each entrance and cover the front and back yards as well. We are in communication with the neighbors and they will report any disruptive behavior to us immediately. Such behavior may result in your group being removed from the property without refund.

Such a great place to celebrate

One of the best places I have stayed. The amenities were great for activities and staying out of the Texas heat. The owner was so accommodating and I was able to communicate with them whenever I needed. Will definitely book with again

Literally cozy!

Convenient and Accommodating

I needed to book a place to stay with a short notice. I found this property to be clean and ideal for me, another adult, and 3 toddlers. Great proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts were thorough communicators and friendly. I recommend this property for families with small children.

College Graduation Celebration

This property was PERFECT for our needs. We came in day b4 our son graduated from UTD & had a great time with our family of 4 (but plenty of room for more!) & hubby cooked hamburgers on the grill for our graduate & his friend's. They hung out in garage played ping pong, darts, corn hole & soaked up time together b4 parting ways to all their unique adult path's. Our daughter enjoyed the hot tub. Close to everything!

Very clean large rental in Plano, TX!!We were so lucky to have gotten a place hosted by Chase! We originally booked this one in Richardson, but got a notice that it was not available, BUT we got a place even closer to where we needed to be in Plano! It was a very similar set up with enough beds and then some for the 7 of us! A beautiful private fenced in yard, fire pit, covered patio, HOT TUB, game room, and huge master! We even got a bonus with a garage hangout, dart board & cornhole! The kids had more than enough things to do & areas to go seperate from the adults, and we were so happy with the brand new washer dryer, laundry soap, shower products, extra linens, towels & full kitchen! He even sent a tech down to fix the dishwasher within the hour! They were super friendly, very easy to get a hold of, always available, and gave clear directions & clear communication throughout email & text (as we flew in from NH for a family wedding) We got some delish food recommendations near by, and LOVED Casa Mama, Raising Canes & the original pancake house! We all were cozy & slept well, the neighborhood was close together residential, safe & quiet! The only SMALL complaint i have is that the main bathroom has a very short shower head (somewhat adjustable) but that's it!!! We thank you for having us & getting us into something comparable asap!

The hosts were friendly and good communication. If you’re getting this one for the amenities you’ll need two nights. It takes the hot tub a few hours to heat up. The kids enjoyed the games. The grass in the backyard was pretty tall but it had been raining and it was mowed the next afternoon.

I love music--ESPECIALLY piano, and my wife and I are known "foodies" in the DFW area. I own a T-shirt company in Rockwall, and I spend most of my time raising boys and working around the house.

I am an avid traveler, and frequenter of BnBs around the world.
But as a native Texan, there's nothing I love more than coming home to these endless Texas skies. So much open air to breathe and possibilities to explore!
