Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
-The property does not accommodate pets. It's restricted by the complex.


Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for non-locals and 25 years old for locals. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.

Especially when the seasons change, Dallas does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.

Please note guests will not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries

The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware.

We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.

Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, grill up some dinner at the BBQ courtyard, relax in the zen garden, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.

COVID-19 amenities update: The building amenities are currently open. We always comply with local health and safety measures, which continue to evolve, so we recommend contacting us before your stay to check the latest status.

The Neighborhood:
This is a new property in a new neighborhood. There are a number of grocery stores, restaurants and attractions nearby.

Conveniently located with easy access to US-75

Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Dallas proper, and there are rideshares for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.

Nice and clean apartment!!!

Very nice and clean apartment. Very quiet!! Great gym access and beautiful pool! Communication was amazing! Close to downtown and other venues.

Spacious, Quiet & Great Location!

Came to town for a volleyball camp and chose this property over a hotel due to price and square footage. Apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and just as listing described. Was very convenient having a full kitchen and washer/dryer! Slight walk from the parking garage, but covered the entire way and out of the elements… reminded me of a resort walkway. Normal wear and tear in apartment, but nothing major that affected our stay. Host was VERY quick to respond to messages. Had a great stay, will book when in town again!

General sense of being unclean… baseboards, dry rotted, or not clean or coming off of walls Broken chair on the patio Road noise constant Minimal decor and basics - most walls blank (skimpy small sized cheap art on a few walls) Running toilet No amenities like milk for coffee in the morning HVAC incredibly noisy even with the fan turned to low Marks on walls and doors Ground level unit in a dark corner Rat box right off of the deck One blow dryer for the two bathrooms and it doesn’t work (doesn’t turn on at either a bathroom outlet or any other outlet in the place)

Family vacation

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic—safe, convenient, and not once did we feel like we were in a horror movie parking lot (which is always a plus). The host was incredibly responsive, which came in handy when we realized our large truck was not making the tight turn into the parking gate. They quickly gave us an alternative, saving us from an embarrassing game of “How many back-and-forths does it take to park?”The apartment was spotless, which we appreciated. The only hiccup was the showers in both bathrooms refusing to drain, as if they were holding onto the water for sentimental reasons. The host responded quickly and worked on fixing it, so no major complaints there. The beds are very firm—I was fine, but my husband felt like he was sleeping on a wooden plank in a pirate movie. Also, the master bedroom has a monitor instead of a TV, so if you were hoping to binge-watch your favorite shows from bed, you might have to improvise.Overall, a great place with a super responsive host!
