The Holiday Rent House - Villa Piemonte has been an old piedmont farmhouse built in the 19. centurie and has been constantly renovated in the last 20 years. It is situated on a hillsite with panorama view looking , surrounded from wineyards - Langhe /Monferrato, Unesco World Heritage location. The famous little town San Damiano d' Asti, near Canale d ' Alba, with 10.000 inhabitants and excellent infrastructure is by car only 5 minutes far away.

From the Villa itself you will have a nice view on the gentle hills of Monferrato and with fine wheather- you may probably see some parts of the french alps. Villa Piemonte is a extraordinary place, after the rearrangement in 2016, in romantic style, with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchen and a dining - room - in total 500 m² - you can let your soul dangle inside as well. ( All bedrooms have air condition, all rooms have a Satellit TV with international canals and Fly screens on the windows)
You may take your meal together in the dining - room or even outside in the sommer - kitchen, celebrate a birthday or - if you like -probably book a cooking class to learn italien cooking or a Dinner in the Villa)

The Villa is excellent for greater familys or communities of friends, as there is enough space to relax or take a bath in the pool (9x5 m and 1,6 m deep with seperate area for small children) You can use also the whirlpool. (open May - October) You will also find a hammok and a small playground for the children, table tennis, board games and boggia and a library.
For physical enjoyment you will find two grills (gas and coal). In the whole area of 4500 m² you have enough space and you can also enjoy the view from the 40 m² roof terrace.
The Villa Piemonte is also a very good starting point for exploring the surrounding highlights of the Piedmont landscape with its excellent restaurants, the wineyards, the small beautiful villages, etc.
