The cottage was designed on the ground floor to facilitate the stay of guests with mobility difficulties, with a bedroom featuring wide doors and a generously sized walk-in shower. - On the ground floor, the 55 m² living space includes the kitchen, living room, and lounge. You'll also enjoy a bedroom (140x190 cm bed) with a private shower room, a laundry room, and a toilet. - On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, another bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The landing is a children's play area. Private parking for 3 vehicles is available. The cottage features a south-facing terrace with a barbecue, as well as a garden at the rear of the house with a children's swing. A teleworking space is available in a bedroom upstairs. Cruguel is located 10 minutes from Josselin, which welcomes you with its castle and charming streets. The area is crossed by the Nantes-Brest Canal, ideal for hiking and cycling, fishing, and boating. Not to be missed during your stay: the Brocéliande Forest, with its legendary sites, castles, and myths. For swimming and water sports, the Lac au Duc in Taupont will delight young and old alike! The sea is 45 minutes away. This charming, fully renovated stone house is newly equipped and offers space, comfort, and modernity. Leave with peace of mind in this single-storey gite located in Cruguel with its 16th and 17th century houses, its wash-house fountain, its windmill and its century-old yew listed as a natural monument.
