Trascorri una vacanza rilassante guardando gli splendidi tramonti sul "Lago Greenwood" o cenando ammirando le vedute tranquille e grandi dell'acqua. La casa è perfetta se vuoi sederti e leggere un libro nella tana tranquilla o guardare un film sullo schermo piatto da 46 pollici, mentre gli altri si divertono nell'area del bar o nella sala da sole. Puoi anche divertirti a pescare appena fuori dal molo dei pesci privato a pochi passi dall'acqua. Siamo conosciuti per l'orata abbondante, i Crackers di Shell, il Bass e il pesce gatto. Per quelli di voi che sono amanti della natura e che cercano di mantenersi in forma, fare una passeggiata mattutina nel tranquillo quartiere, è possibile avvistare cervi, conigli, volpi e tacchini selvatici (e alcuni vicini che camminano con i loro animali domestici premiati!). Abbiamo anche luoghi per gli osservatori di uccelli: aquile calve, garzette, martini viola e aironi.

Se sei più avventuroso e vuoi uscire, abbiamo molti ristoranti locali, capanne Tiki e bar caratteristici che offrono musica dal vivo o karaoke via acqua e terra. Abbiamo anche un premiato ristorante Barbeque (Lee's Barbeque) nella zona per quel pasto del sud cucinato in casa.

Il 'Greenwood State Park' sull'acqua ha anche aree pic-nic e un museo interessante per
fatti storici sulla zona.

Se stai portando la tua barca messa proprio qui sulla rampa della barca privata, potresti voler salire sui sandbar locali e rinfrescarti o giocare a pallavolo. {Goat Island} è anche un'area di sosta che i diportisti possono raggiungere sulla spiaggia e rilassarsi. Fai un giro fino alla diga o controlla una baia tranquilla per pescare. Il lago è lungo 20 miglia con 212 miglia di costa e 11.400 acri, quindi c'è molto da esplorare.

Wonderful and Relaxing

This house was as described and perfect for our family. It had everything you could need. The lake was easily accessible and perfect for swimming, floating, fishing, or boating. If you want a quiet and relaxing trip this is the place to stay. The owners were easy to communicate with and always responded in a matter of minutes, not to mention super nice.

Awesome house!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was great having a dock and a boating ramp so accessible. We loved sitting on the deck and down at the water. The best I can say about the house is that it was extremely comfortable for our family.

Peaceful stay with great views

This home is just as advertised. It has a great lakefront location with all the amenities you could hope for! You can sit outside and watch the sun set, enjoy swimming in the lake or even go kayaking. The house is fully stocked so no need to bring anything to cook with. All around a great place to spend with family and highly recommend it!

A great Vacation

This property is very clean, well stocked with the amenities you'll need in the kitchen, and a great location on the lake. With the convenience of the boat ramp and the very large dock, having our own boat there was very easy. The owners were very nice and very attentive to anything we might need. We'll be back

Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and relaxing on the dock.

We enjoyed our stay, make sure to take bikes and some games to play. It’s about a 25 minute drive to the town of Greenwood. There is a Dollar General that’s about 15 minutes.

Had a great time. Host were gracious, house were clean, very checkin and easy checkout.

Had a wonderful time. The host are so kind and even helped my son retrieve my flooded jetskit that I forgot to put the plug in (dumb mistake). Would definitely be back. Very easy to relax. Not so nice that your on pins and needles but comfortable and homey.

Great get away! Excellent hosts!

The home was very clean and had everything you could need for your stay. The beds AND pillows were top notch! So comfortable. Shower pressure was better then mine at home! Couldn’t of asked for a better spot on the lake, the view was amazing. Outside deck area was awesome with a short walk to the dock. The grill was clean and ready to use with all grilling utensils you need. Allen and Starla, thank you! You both were so welcoming and kind! We couldn’t of asked for better hosts! We can’t wait to get back to the lake and your home! Next time we are there, plan to stay for dinner!!

An awesome lake house with big water views

Starla and Allen are wonderful hosts. They live next door so if there’s anything you need, they take help you out pretty quickly. The home comfortably sleeps six. The beds are all comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. The living and dining areas face the lake. There’s seating for 10 plus one in a high chair -‘ And 6 at the island. There’s a table with chairs an a grill on oversized deck. A flight of stairs takes you down to the dock with more seating. In the kitchen, If you use it regularly at your house, they’ve got it at theirs. Mixers, coffee pots, Keurig, fry pans, silverware, serve ware, fishes, mugs etc. bring your coffee,tea and Keurig pods. There are a lot of basic spices you won’t need. There is nothing in the fridge so you’ll need all of that. There are a washer and dryer to get you through your trip. There’re are plenty of soaps, paper goods, trash can liners to get you through the week. If you know what youll need, stop at the BiLo on your way by. There are two bigger tvs on dish that served us well.

Perfect Lake Location-Had everything you could need

The property was in a perfect location for access to rentals at Skippers and other places on the lake, with great open water and great outdoor space with kayaks and a firepit! We had a great time and look forward to next time!

Peaceful and Beautiful place to stay!

First, communication is top notch with Starla and Allen. They are so nice and accommodating. The house is super cute and clean. I had my mother with me who has mobility issues but had no problem getting around inside with her walker. It is all one story living and there is a ramp that leads to the front door. The deck is a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful fall weather and gorgeous sunset. In the mornings you can sit on the bench at the end of the dock and watch the sunrise. I see many future stays here...I have already booked my next one!

Great Lake house

Great home on the lake, beautiful view, very comfortable home. Owners very friendly and helpful. It takes 30 min to drive to grocery stores and restaurants, otherwise great location.

This is a gorgeous lake which can accommadate to a diversity of vacationers. New covered dock area with fishing pole holders. We have added a new stair case with hand rail for easy access to the water.

For the vacationers you can boat, fish, jet ski or celebrate with a view outdoors sitting on the dock from the deck or in the sun room and forget the everyday routines which equals total relaxation!
