Comfortable 33m² 3-room apartment comprising an entrance hall, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette (electric cooktop, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator), and an air-conditioned living room (TV, 80x200cm double sofa bed).
Finally, you will find a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a bedroom with two 80x190cm beds.
Additional storage space is available in the hallway.
The highlight of this apartment is the superb 12m² terrace and its view of Mount Canigou! An ideal spot to enjoy the sunset with a view of the mountains.
Free street parking is available.
Secure parking space rental is available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
SHARED POOL: Open from mid-April to the end of September, subject to the prefectural drought regulations.
