Comfortable Cottage on the Blue Mile - Close to GSU!

Summary:

Newly renovated duplex in a quiet tree lined neighborhood just three minutes from the GSU campus. The unit has both a king and queen bedroom with a sectional sofa that pulls out into a queen bed. Kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Unit includes a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Exterior of the property is monitored by a Nest camera for safety. Unit is perfect for families and friends that are visiting Statesboro. No parties or events.



The Space:

This is the right side of a duplex.



Guest Access:

You will have access to your half of the duplex. There are no shared spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Walking distance to Del Sur and Gnat’s Landing. Several other great places to dine and shop along the Blue Mile in Statesboro.



Getting Around:

Plenty of parking available on the property, so no need to be concerned there. Access to Hwy 301 is just a few blocks away.



Other Things to Note:

One pet is allowed per stay. Dogs only. There is a $50 fee.

Pictures don't do it justice

The property was very nice and clean. Only downside was that it was a duplex and the family next door hung out in the backyard until very late at night and were very loud. But that isn't the fault of the propertu.

Simply Perfect

We came in for freshman orientation at Ga. Southern. The cottage was exactly what we needed. From a laundry basket above the washer and dryer to placemats on the dining table and even the “In Case you Forgot” basket in the bathroom, it was obvious that Kailin and her team want guests to feel at home when they walk in the door. It was nice to flop onto the comfy couch and recliner after a long day and just relax. The wife was quick to check availability for Parents Weekend in September but it was no surprise that it was already booked. It has been saved as a favorite for future stays.

Great location

My husband and I brought our son to preview day at Ga Southern with our family dog. The place was in close proximity to the campus, restaurants, coffee, etc. The set up is ideal for dogs and family. Clean and well appointed. They even had extra toothbrushes and toiletries just like a hotel. They had coffee and options to choose from at the house if you didn’t want to venture out. We will book again if we need the same accommodations with kids and dogs.
