The flat has two double bedrooms (convertible into single beds on request), each with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, offering comfort and privacy to all travellers.
The bright living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa bed, large TV and high-speed WiFi. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, classic and Nespresso coffee machines, and even a washing machine dryer, to make you feel right at home.

## EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELLERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Check-in times are normally between 4pm and 8.30pm, although it is possible to arrive later on request, at an additional cost of €10 per extra hour.
## THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located right in the centre of Bordeaux, the flat is on Place Gambetta, a dynamic and sought-after district that combines elegance with urban vibrancy. Surrounded by refined boutiques, renowned restaurants and lively cafés, this location is ideal for making the most of the city. Just a stone's throw away, you can stroll along the shopping streets of Rue Sainte-Catherine, discover the charming squares of the Saint-Pierre district or admire the remarkable architecture of Place de la Bourse and the Grand Théâtre.
The Place Gambetta, recently redeveloped as a vast pedestrianised area planted with greenery, offers a pleasant place to relax in the heart of Bordeaux. Nearby, the Mériadeck district is home to the city's administrative centre and several museums, including the Musée des Beaux-Arts. The city hall, Saint-André cathedral and Pey-Berland Tower are also just a few minutes' walk away.

## ACCESS
From Bordeaux-Mérignac airport, you can reach the flat by taking Tram A to the ‘Gambetta Mériadeck’ station, just a few minutes' walk away. You can also take bus 1 from the ‘Aéroport’ stop to the same station.
From Bordeaux Saint-Jean station, Tram B will take you directly to the ‘Gambetta’ stop, very close to the accommodation.
If you are coming by car, please note that street parking is free between 7pm and 9am, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. The flat does not have its own private car park, but you will find the ‘Gambetta’ public car park just a few metres away. Prices vary according to the length of your stay, with a daily rate available.
