Welcome to Destin!! Located on the 8th floor in the A building of the Majestic Sun, unit A808 is a one bedroom / two full bath condo that sleeps a total of 6 people. The sofa pulls out into a full bed and there are built in twin-size bunk-beds located in the hall. There is a stack washer and dryer in the hall bathroom. An iron, ironing board, hair dryer, linens, paper products and small toiletries are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and is stocked with utensils. The living room has floor to ceiling glass doors that provide unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Majestic Sun is conveniently located within the Seascape Golf, Beach and Tennis Resort and is situated across the street from the sugary white sands of Miramar Beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It offers a multi-level indoor/outdoor pool deck with two hot tubs. The indoor pool is heated to a cozy eighty-six degrees, and it also opens up to the outdoor pool deck. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables for that slow day by the pool.

Perfect for family of 4-5 people. Great views. Location is walkable to Pompano Joes and Surfs Hut and everything in between. Very clean. Majestic Sun overall is in good condition and pool was clean. 8th floor was perfect for sunsets.

So close to the beach

Perfect little spot

We came for a local music festival on an whim and were pleasantly surprised. We could walk to the venue, and had a great time on the beach and in the pool. The condo was well appointed, clean, and exceeded our expectations.

The beaches in Destin, FL and the people who occupy them are some of the most comforting in the world. The stark white sands and emerald waters are very addicting and its proximity to most of the Eastern United States allows you and your family to 'live it up' at minimal cost.

What makes this property unique

The Majestic Sun is great!... My wife and I enjoy the location (adjacent to Seascape Golf Course), all the comforts of home, the proximity to the beach and the heated indoor pool. We are unable to live in sunny Destin, FL and want to extend the opportunity for you to enjoy the many unique benefits that the property has to offer.
