Welcome to Topia, an all-inclusive seaside retreat in Southern Baja. $250 per person, per night includes continental breakfast, brunch, snack, and dinner served daily at set times. Meals are fresh, healthy, and Mexican-inspired, with shared dining that creates a relaxed, retreat-style atmosphere. With just 6 rooms, Topia offers a peaceful, intimate setting with panoramic ocean views. Open to adults and families with kids 12+. Yoga is included Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Topia is a boutique retreat center in El Pescadero designed for people who want a more personal, full-service experience than a traditional hotel or resort. With just 7 rooms, a full on-site team, and shared spaces designed for connection and downtime, Topia is known for its hospitality, peaceful atmosphere, and fresh, Mexican-inspired food.

Located about 200 paces from El Gavilan Beach, Topia sits in a quiet residential neighborhood on the Pacific side of Baja Sur, close to both Todos Santos and Cerritos Beach without being in the middle of the tourist zones.

Shared amenities include a solar-heated pool and hot tub, yoga studio, indoor/outdoor library, fire pit lounge areas, and panoramic ocean views throughout the property.

Everything was great. Pool, hot tub, chairs, continental breakfast, clean, easy parking, killer views, fast Wi-Fi, friendly owners, close to multiple surfing breaks, and do it yourself Margarita bar. Can't wait to come back next year.
