1 large veranda with dining table overlooking garden -
1 bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer -
Separate WC -
1 living room/lounge with corner sofa, TV, overlooking the veranda and garden -
1 kitchenette equipped with 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo -
On the first floor (under the attic):
1 double bedroom in 160cm for 2 people with duvet -
1 room with 2 beds of 1 person with duvets -
Separate WC -
WIFI. New equipment and bedding. Washing machine. Electric heating. Garden furniture and barbecue. Terraced house. Parking space in the street. Very good condition (maintenance and painting). Furnished tourism classified 3 stars for 4 people.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent on a bi-weekly basis the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week). No animals.

Well located near the marina of Perros-Guirec, quiet because in the main street. An ideal starting point to discover the Côte de Granit Rose, its granite chaos, and the Grande Randonnée trail (GR34). Restaurants nearby.
