Gite on 3 levels including on the ground floor (access by 4 steps from the alley): an entrance with washing machine and dryer. 1st floor (access also possible from the terrace on the street side): living room-kitchen lounge area (fireplace not in use), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm) with private bathroom open to the bedroom (bath / closed WC). 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms communicating by a sliding door (1 single bed 80x190 cm / 1 single bed 80x190 cm), a bathroom (shower), separate WC. Front balcony and terrace. If bed linen is rented, beds are made on arrival. Renovated 1888 country farmhouse in the heart of a typical hamlet with narrow streets and clustered housing. Pleasant natural setting of meadows and forests. Good comfort. Warm and cozy. Very close to the large ski areas of the 3 Valleys and the leisure center + lake of Bozel 2km away. Ski Courchevel-le Praz 4km, Brides-les-Bains / Méribel gondola 5km, Champagny / Paradiski area 9km (ski bus shuttle available). Free public parking 50m away at the entrance to the village. In the heart of the Tarentaise Valley, 4 km from Courchevel le Praz, linking to the 3 Valleys ski area. In summer, there is a lake (free, supervised swimming) with a leisure center in Bozel, 2 km away. At the foot of the Vanoise National Park for magnificent hikes to mountain lakes and glaciers.
