Thank you for choosing this stylish condo in the community of Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach. Go for a stroll down the boardwalk to get to the emerald waters and the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The family-friendly atmosphere of Beachside Villas includes access to tennis and shuffleboard courts, plus two swimming pools, one heated seasonally.

In the living area, a 50” TV pairs with plush seating for a prime lounging area. In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find granite countertops, a dishwasher, and seating for two at the bar - the perfect perch for breakfast or a quick snack. There is seating at the dining table where you'll enjoy dinners hot off the shared grills.

Don’t forget to take advantage of the tennis courts, shuffleboard, swimming pools, and grilling area. Enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with emerald waters and sugar-white sand. Explore the great outdoors on rented bikes, or fish at Deer Lake State Park and rent Yolo Boards for Eastern Lake, less than two miles away. Additionally, there is a private beach area at the end of San Roy Drive, less than 1/4 mile down the road, with a complimentary shuttle service available.

Location was amazing. Easy walkable access to the beach. A bike ride from The Big Chill and Old Florida Fish House. Will definitely stay there again

This was horrible before we got there. The communication with the management company was exhausting. We could never get a consistent answer or information on provided beach equipment or where to rent them from. The list said it came with an umbrella and 10 beach chairs...only to find out that was incorrect information (we have stayed at this same complex twice before and those units had the equipment). We could never find who to rent from in town or who would be at the beach to rent from. We ended up pay 200 for equipment that I wasn't prepared to pay. The unit was also dirty with a frig motor that rattled all the time, a 25 year old dishwasher that you could hear outside, mold in the bathroom, stiff sheets and rust on vents. Do not rent from Vacasa! Extremely disappointing...trying to get away for a few days with my family after a stressful year with work, grandma illness and lower income this year. Beachside Villas is average. It is cheaper and easy to get to other spots in the area but needs a makeover. The other issue in 30A right now is the beach chair/rentals and where you can set up on the beach due to property owners. Apparently property owners have the ability to block beach goers to the waterline. I understand some of that reasoning...but when no one is there it doesn't seem right. This is our third time to 30A and more than likely our last...becoming way to overcrowded and oozes with pretentious people and teenagers running around everywhere.

Good but not great

This condo was okay and filled its purpose for our trip, but it wasn’t the cleanest and we had a few issues that never got fixed. The floor left our feet completely black, there was hair found on a towel, dishes were not totally clean. The kitchen sink wouldn’t drain and the shower was leaking and after i reached out to Vacasa they never sent anyone when they said they would.

Great location Great place

The location was great, had easy access to the beach and was right across from the pool and tennis courts. The place was also very clean upon arrival, which is very important. Bike rentals were near by as well as great food and drink locations. Location is a short drive or bike ride to Seaside. We visited nearby Allys Beach and Rosemarys beach, I feel this location was much better due to the accessiblity of the beach.

Worst guest services ever

I had an issue with the refrigerator, it worked but made a lot of noise. I reported the problem on Friday morning and a technician was sent who said that the unit must be replaced. On Friday afternoon, I received a text message offering me to move to another location or wait until Saturday for a refrigerator replacement and a reimbursement for the inconvenience. I chose to wait because we have friends in the same Condo and the options to move were far away from where we were. Saturday morning I called to check the status of the replacement and the Rep told me that they are going to send a new technician to repair it between 5 and 6pm. Called again on Saturday at 6 pm because nobody showed up and the Rep told me the technician will come at 7:30 pm so I declined the service for the late hours. I left the apartment on Monday morning with the same annoying noise from the refrigerator which didn't allow my family and me to sleep correctly.

Family trip

Lack of internet and tv first 3-4 days on top of presence of roaches seen daily. Roaches lead to throwing away food. I’m in grad school and not having internet was difficult. Very disappointed.

Okay but..

The location was good. A reasonable walk to beach. In the listing it reads there is beach chairs provided, the chairs were rusty and thread bare, we didn’t attempt to use. My biggest issue was the living room furniture, so uncomfortable and the slip covers were stained, it honestly grossed me out. Update the living room furniture and this place would be great..

Not what I expected

We definitely weren’t overly impressed with this property at all. Definitely don’t want to knock the cleaners though. Whoever cleans it does the best they can with this property I believe but the place mainly needs upgrades. There’s a few simple fixes that would be made immediately if it were me. The toys available for kids is a joke. That would trashed along with the rusty, falling apart beach chairs on the balcony part. The screen for the door was just leaning against the wall in that area as well. Many upgrades are needed in the place but the stains on the couches are just not good. I would definitely invest in couches that could be cleaned easily after each stay. For over $600 a night, I would expect way better.

We won’t be back.

Infested with roaches, we did not spot them until the end of our stay, unfortunately. Not safe for toddlers or small children. You are unable to lock the door from the inside, so easy for little ones to escape. Flimsy furniture not attached to the wall is a hazard also. And the fire extinguisher is kept in the open, inches off the floor, so well in reach of babies. The beach access is not desirable, as it has been bought up by the surrounding properties so you must travel to neighboring beach (not good for small children needing to head back to the room for potty breaks). Overall cleanliness and appearance of condo is very much in need of major updates. Almost anything metal is covered in rust, floor is in terrible shape, all the furniture is mismatching/stained/scratched/trashy, however this was the least of our worries. Doubt we travel to beachside villas again.

Great beach condo for a family

The condo was clean, and had everything you would need for a beach trip with kids. The kitchen has every appliance you would want for cooking. Bunk bed is a twin over double and fits three kids. There was an additional pull out trundle under the bunk bed that could fit another kid or two but it did not look comfortable. We did not use it however. Very short walk to the beach access, completely feasible with small kids. Beach access has a shower for cleanup. Beach was quiet and not crowded in May. The pool area was also nice, with very nice pool chairs and tables with umbrellas for shade. The neighborhood felt very safe. Beach toys and chairs were provided. We did not use the beach chairs as they were very rusty but the kids enjoyed the beach toys. The fridge makes some occasional loud noises at night. This did not bother us in the least and we slept soundly in the comfy beds, but it may bother someone who is a light sleeper. Overall, would stay here again!
