Experience the ultimate beachside getaway in this newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 3rd floor of the Beachside Villas community, just steps away from the beach. The condo features brand new furnishings and appliances that beautifully complement the functional floor plan.

The living area provides ample and comfortable seating for everyone, while the dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. Additional seating for 2 can be found at the counter adjacent to the well-stocked kitchen.

The spacious king master bedroom offers access to the balcony, where you can enjoy partial beach and Gulf views. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and a vanity. The second bedroom also boasts a king bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which is equipped with twin over twin bunk beds. The shared bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. All bedrooms are equipped with flat panel smart TVs.

Beachside Villas is conveniently located just off Scenic Highway 30A, allowing you to easily ride a bike to your favorite spots in Seagrove and Seaside. You can also venture east to enjoy a delicious burger at The Big Chill or explore Seacrest and Rosemary Beach. Traffic will never be an issue as you embrace the slow lane and enjoy the convenience of being just minutes away from shopping and fine dining options.

This condo is very well-appointed and comfortable. The layout worked well for our family - 4 adults and 3 children. Only steps from the beach and a short drive to shops and groceries. Made for a great vacation.

Great location

Inside of the property was just as pictured, stocked well and had chairs, umbrella and other beach accessories which was nice. The beds were very comfortable. Location was great, very short walk to the beach. Only downside is the property is on the third floor which was rough with a 3 year old after a long day at the beach, but doable. Mid day until around 6:30 the AC had a little trouble keeping but it never was uncomfortable in the unit. Overall we had a nice stay!

The only downside is that this condo doesnt have an elevator. Being on the 3rd floor was a little tricky but we loved the condo.

Lovely condo in Seagrove

Beautifully updated condo right next to the beach access. I really appreciated the laundry and kitchen supplies that most hosts don’t provide these days. Condo is also very quiet and made for a relaxing trip.

Location was great. But place was moldy and musty. The oven was filthy and overall cleanliness was lacking big time. No beach towels at a beach place is just not right.

Seagrove Summer 2022 Visit

The condo was exactly as described. The location was perfect to the beach. We only rode the golf cart one time during a 7 day stay and walked every time after. Timothy and his property manager were great to work with. They both responded almost immediately to any questions we had. The only thing that would make it a perfect stay would be a little bigger patio and facing the ocean! I highly recommend this condo for your visit. We hope to visit again next year.

Absolutely Beautiful!

We had a great week at this condo! The location was perfect and we enjoyed having the golf cart access to the beach. The condo was very clean when we arrived and we had no trouble checking in. The property manager was quick to answer a question when we called on the day of arrival. We would highly recommend this property to others looking to enjoy the beautiful beach and fun surroundings on 30A!

Great Place ! Great Location !

This newly renovated three bedroom condo was absolutely perfect for my family. The description was absolutely accurate. I would have preferred the beach location which is just a 60 seconds walk vs catching the 1-2 minute golf cart ride to the offsite beach. However that beach was very spacious and able to spread out. A great beach for younger kids for sure, being able to play in the lagoon. All in All a great week ! 4.75 stars

Spring Break trip

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo. Lots of room for us all to spread out. The beach was a quick, easy walk away. We had one small problem and LeAnn was quick to respond and it was resolved faster than we had guessed. Thanks for a great week!

Beautifully designed, cozy and convenient!

This little condo is the *perfect* example of how great design can make any space feel spacious and cozy! The two king sized rooms are on opposite ends so there was ample privacy and the bunk room with its trundle bed could house 5 kids if need be! I so appreciated all of the drawers and hooks so that we could keep all of our stuff organized and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked and TVs in every room a bonus! Only thing to note is that we flew in and didn't have anything to use in the showers or coffee for the morning so even just 2 pods and some sample shampoos would be a huge bonus for families like ours. Otherwise, your space was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our week's vacation!

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay - the unit was even better than the pictures showed. The beach was basically right outside the front door and the property manager would get back so quickly with questions.

Amazing week in Seagrove!

Beautiful property and convenient to the beach. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. I enjoyed staying in this location. It is close to everything but the beach and surrounding areas were not too crowded! Will definitely be coming back next year!
