A practical, well-appointed shower room;
-A fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals;
-A comfortable lounge, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

You'll appreciate the peacefulness of the surroundings and the breathtaking sea views. The ideal orientation means that the sun shines into the flat from morning until afternoon, creating a warm, bright atmosphere.

Please note: works are currently underway to the front of the property, but these will in no way affect the peace and comfort inside the flat -> End : 01/08/25.

For your convenience, the flat is equipped with a cot, washing machine, microwave, oven, Miele coffee machine and much more. Bed linen and towels are provided, and all windows are double-glazed for optimum insulation.
