Great property, lots of amenities, good water pressure in the shower. A few hooks on the back of the bathroom door would be great to hang clothes or towels. On a beautiful street with a great balcony overlooking the sea. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to spend your time in Antibes. The downstairs bed is good for two people, but the couch pull out I felt was only good for one person.

Excellent location. All equipment was good and very clean.The only improvement for people to enjoy their stay here would be an information pack on local attractions. Bus and train information would be good alsoA guide to work the oven and microwave would have been helpful.

Cute bijou apartment in a fabulous location. It has all you need for a relaxing stay plus the added bonus of a roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine throughout the day and a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is on a beautiful flower filled pedestrianised street so it's very peaceful and quiet. A few minutes walk brings you to the market and old town with its many restaurants and bars. An excellent base for a relaxing holiday.

Nice condo in the heart of old town on the prettiest street in Antibes. Perfect location- minutes walk to beach, restaurants, and shops but still quiet at night. Beautiful terrace to enjoy morning coffee and evening meals! Condo has everything you need and Clara very helpful in making recommendations on things to do and see. We had a fantastic 2 week stay in Antibes and would love to return!

The apartment could not be on a prettier street. Great location for shops, restaurants and the beach. Well equipped, clean and spacious inside with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The roof terrace is perfect for both sunbathing, and long summer nights dining outside. Lovely to be able to see the sea too. We would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay in this charming flat located in the historic centre of Antibes. The house was spotless and the view from the roof terrace to the sea was great. The location was perfect, in an absolutely quiet neighbourhood but with easy access to anywhere you want to go. Also, the host, Clara Bouvier, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. To sum up, this holiday home is really perfect for spending a most relaxed and delightful time on the Côte d'Azur.

The property was brilliant and so quirky - yes we were aware of the three sets of steep stairs 😄 but even though we're oldies we coped and it was well worth it to get out on the terrace. Rooftop and sea views and the sun was shining. Thank you Clara x

A little treasure of a place

Having not done much research before we booked, we were so pleased we booked a stay on Antibes. What a stunner of a place. Fully recommend staying in the old town especially on this property. Suited our needs extremely well. 5 mins walk from 2 beaches. 5 minutes walk from restaurants through the magical passage ways. The roof terrace was a great place to end the day with a night cap. zum wohlfühlen und geniessen

Wir haben uns die ganze Woche wohlgefühlt und nicht nur - aber durch das angenehme Frühlingswetter natürlich herausgefordert - die Terrasse ausgiebig genossen: gelesen, gegessen oder einfach geruht und auf dem Dach gegenüber der Brutpflege eines Möwenpaars zugeschaut (ein besonderes Erlebnis). Die Lage der Wohnung, nur schon der Zugang durch die Blumen geschmückte Gasse und die wenigen Schritte bis zur Promenade am Meer, ihre Originalität auf verschiedenen Geschossen und die Ruhe, sind einmalig und wecken das Bedürfnis wieder einmal zurückzukehren: in diese Wohnung ... und nach Antibes.Schade ist die Woche schon vorbei.Ein herzliches Dankeschön natürlich an Clara.

Traumhafte Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Antibes gehört für uns zu den schönsten Wohnungen überhaupt. Im inneren stilvoll und modern ausgestattet, blitzsauber und mit einer modernen, gut ausgestatteten Küche (lediglich für die Spülmaschine war kein Platz). Über eine Treppe kommt man vom Eingang in der wunderschönen, blumenbestandenen Gasse in den ersten Stock. Hier ist der Wohnungseingang mit Waschmaschine. Einen Stock drüber dann Wohn-/Essbereich und Schlafzimmer, im Dach dann der offene – mit Vorhang abgetrennte - Bereich mit TV, Zugang zu Terrasse und Schlafsofa. Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Klimaanlage, ins Zimmer und in den offenen Schlafbereich wird die kühle Luft mittels Ventilatoren gepustet. Optimaler Grundriss für ein Pärchen oder wie für uns als Familie mit Teenager. Die Lage inmitten der kleinen Altstadtsträßchen in der Nähe der Stadtmauer ist super. Alle Highlights der Stadt sind in Laufweite – Hafen, Stadtmauer, Museen, Marktplätze und die überdachte Markthalle. Zu den Stränden sind es auch nur einige Minuten zu Fuß und auch der Bahnhof (mit Zügen nach Cannes, Nizza und Monaco) ist in einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß entfernt. Man braucht sowohl in der Stadt als auch für Ausflüge entlang der Küste kein Auto (was man ohnehin in einiger Entfernung abstellen müsste). Das Einkaufen erledigt man mit dem wohnungseigenen „Zwiebelporsche“ in den nahegelegenen Geschäften. Dennoch war es nachts absolut ruhig, die Nachbarin im Haus supernett und Clara jederzeit zu erreichen.

Ein gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist sauber, liegt zentral in der Altstadt mit toller Dachterrasse (Meerblick) und allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien. Bars, Restaurants, Strände und der Markt sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Clara ist eine nette und zuverlässige Gastgeberin.

Séjour très agréable

La vieille ville d'Antibes est très agréable, c'est resté assez authentique ce qui garantit un dépaysement total. La location est très bien située : près des commerces et de la plage. C'est très calme malgré toute l'animation à proximité. Le grand avantage de la location est sa magnifique vue de la terrasse qui donne sur la mer. Nous avons passé une semaine fort agréable.

cosy appartement in 'Le Safranier'

The apartment is located in the beautiful Safranier. The old town, the beaches La Gravette, Plage du Ponteil and Plage de la Salis, the wonderful Marché Provencal, several Boulangeries and Super Markets can be reached in a few minutes by foot. Even Juan le Pin is only 2 km away. The apartment is nicely furnished and nothing is missing. The roof terrace invites you to a delicious coffee in the morning sun, has sun all day and a beautiful sea view. If you want to use your stay to work, you should get an eSIM (works perfectly), as the WiFi is extremely slow in some places. I really enjoyed my stay over 4 weeks and will come back in 2023.

Lovely apartment with the limits of a townhouse and exelent rooftop

Fine location in on of the most photografed streets of Antibes. Even thoug narrow, the apartment it is well utilized. Large (two heads) shower in the small bathroom, fine and hardworking aircon, nice rooftop terrasse with view of the sea, some minor details like 2 missing bulbs in the bathroom and in the fine kitchen, only one set of keys. Wifi could definitely be better. If we only were 2 people we would definitely return, but the couch is not very good for sleeping 2 adults.
