Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Saint-Philibert, this charming 211 mÂČ house with wifi (fibre optics) for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a lovely 40 mÂČ living room, fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 mÂČ. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 mÂČ living room
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size bed (180Ă200) and an en-suite shower room and toilet. This bedroom also has a television.
- Three bedrooms with two single beds in each, all located upstairs
- One bedroom with a king-size bed (180Ă200) upstairs
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub upstairs with a toilet
- A separate toilet on the ground floor
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 2,000 mÂČ garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Philibert, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
