Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Saint-Philibert, this charming 211 m² house with wifi (fibre optics) for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It has a lovely 40 m² living room, fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A master bedroom on the ground floor with a king-size bed (180×200) and an en-suite shower room and toilet. This bedroom also has a television.
- Three bedrooms with two single beds in each, all located upstairs
- One bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200) upstairs
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub upstairs with a toilet
- A separate toilet on the ground floor
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Philibert, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
