Sky Garden is surrounded by food growing gardens and there is even food growing on the roof! During growing season, we produce fruits and veggies that are donated to the Heimerdinger Foundation to make healthy meals for cancer patients undergoing treatment.

Remember the movie "FernGully"? That's what the outside of the house looks like. Inside, the house has a modern aesthetic with plenty of space to relax thanks to the dual living room layout. Each bathroom has a shower and is located right next to or within a bedroom. The rooftop patio is a fun place to relax and drink some coffee or enjoy a night time chat! The house is beautifully lit at night including moody lighting on the rooftop patio.

Great location in a beautiful setting

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We each had a queen/king bed and adjoining bathroom. The grounds were stunning and beautiful scenery to enjoy with your morning coffee! It’s a ten minute cab ride to pretty much everywhere…broadway, Vanderbilt, the gulch. Or you can walk to a few locations from the house! Overall very happy and would love to stay here again!!

This was a very unique property located within few miles of center of Nashville. It's lush gardens & rooftop sitting area and canopy made for a perfect w/e gathering spot! Great accommodations and comfortable living space as well. Definitely diamond in the rough in terms of property location but safe and well worth the investment! Thanks Rico!

Gorgeous house

The house had plenty of space and pretty much anything we needed (but had forgotten to bring) was already there in one of the labeled drawers. It’s a transitional area but very convenient if you plan to go downtown. The rooftop gardens are beautiful and set this house apart from most other listings you’ll find.

My parents both grew up in very small towns and started working as field laborers around the time they were 5 years old. They would pick whichever fruits and vegetables were in season at the time. They worked hard their whole lives so that my siblings and I could have a better life. I did not waste that opportunity. Now I pick fresh fruits and veggies to share with mom and dad from here at Sky Garden.

Before I settled down here in the South I traveled the world touring in a rock band (I'm a drummer) for about a decade. Nashville seemed to be an appropriate place for a retired "Rock Star". When I first saw this property I was stunned. The blend of nature and city life all in once place was something that I had been seeking out for years.

Thank you so much for being my guest. I hope that you enjoy this place as much as I do.
