This bungalow is ideally located just 1 hour from Bordeaux and 25 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Mimizan Plage. Easily accessible by car or take a train connection to Dax and then rent a car.

- A household guarantee of 150 euros is required at check-in.
- A tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night will be charged upon arrival.
- Cleaning must be done by the tenant after the stay or can be organized for 150 euros.
