Small pets only accepted on request with supplement Access to shared swimming pool: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 8 p.m. Enclosed property located 2 km from the center of the village of Colomars offering a view of the Nice hills and offering access (with opening hours) to an UNheated swimming pool open all year round (4.10m*8.50m) shared with the owners and to the tenants of another Gîte. Gite on the ground floor of the owners' villa.
