Great peaceful and quiet location

Eric and his family really friendly and helpful. Great peaceful location with fantastic swimming pool amongst olive and fig trees, well maintained with good furnitire and lovely views over the forest and hills where you can see eagles flying around ! Road system is a little hairy at times and not best signposted around Nice ( 10 miles) and La Trinitie ( 5 miles) where Auchan is the nearest big super market. Cottage is about 2000 metres uphill with 8 or 9 hairpin bends away from Contes , so no easy morning/ evening stroll for food or papers...... but a small price to pay for such an excellent holiday.

Très bon séjour ! L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et plutôt sympa, parfait pour passer quelques jours en famille. La piscine a vraiment été un gros plus, surtout avec les enfants, ils se sont éclatés ! Le cadre était agréable et calme, idéal pour se reposer.Mention spéciale à l’hôte qui a été vraiment génial : accueillant, disponible et très réactif. Ça fait toute la différence !Je recommande sans hésiter et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir !

Au calme et proche de Nice

Chouette sejour dans ce gîte faisant partie d'un ensemble de plusieurs gites. Nous etions au calme. C'était parfait pour visiter Nice, Monaco, Eze, mais aussi les petits villages de la vallée dont Contes "haut" accessible par un ascenseur.

Séjour sympathique à Contes

T2 propre et agréable au calme. Très jolie piscine. La place de parking dans la propriété est appréciable. Propriétaire arrangeant. A 30 minutes de voiture de Nice (1h avec les bouchons du matin entre 7h et 9h ou du soir entre 17h et 19h). 4 gites sur place.

excellent séjour

Résidence au calme, bien pensée pour l'essentiel : espace extérieur privatif avec petite et grande table, 2 transats et barbecue et belle vue. Intérieur avec grand espace séjour. Particulièrement apprécié : Literie excellente, très bon canapé, grand frigo-congélateur, grande douche, piscine, climatisation, silence et l'accueil. Bonne situation géographique : la côte à moins de 30min, sites remarquables : Monaco, st Paul de Vence etc à moins de 45min. Des détails seraient à améliorer : rideau de douche , certains électro-ménagers vintage, chaises de la cuisine...qui apportent un aspect un peu dépassé mais rien de très important. A vérifier : notre logement se situait après 2 escaliers (environ 12 et 18 marches de mémoire) ce qui peut présenter une gêne. Il y avait un logement sans escalier. Excellent lieu pour ballades à pieds ou à vélo. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
