Notre séjour d'une semaine chez Michel à Royan s'est révélé très agréable...Avec qques degrés de plus nous aurons pu profiter d'avantage de la très mignonne terrasse qui donne sur de la verdure sans vis à vis et très calme. MERCI .

Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Logement très bien situé, au calme dans une residence privée. Conforme à l'annonce. L'hôte est réactif et l'accueil a été parfait.Points négatifs: vieille cuisinière usagée, pas de wifi, problème de fourmis. Point d'amélioration : un léger ménage de fond apporterait une touche finale à ce super logement.

Logement en bon état général, avec tout l’équipement nécessaire à disposition.Rez-de-jardin très appréciable.La distance à pied de la plage est de 10 mn, c’est top.Le centre de Royan est un peu plus éloigné mais se fait sans problème à pied en longeant la belle et grande plage, ou en vélo par la voie cyclable très bien aménagée.Petit point négatif qui ne ne concerne que nous qui sommes habitués à vivre en montagne : une route longe la résidence, donc un peu de bruit de voitures.Je conseille toutefois ce logement.
