The flat is ideally located in Royan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Customs officers' trail
- La Palmyre Zoo
- Cordouan Lighthouse
- Royan Museum
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park with around a hundred spaces just 500 m away.

- Royan train station 4 km away (10 minutes by car)
- La Rochelle - Île-de-Ré airport (LRH) 80 km away
- Bordeaux-Mérignac airport (BOD) 140 km away
