Completely unique 750 ft² carriage house with 2 desks, private screened porch, and fully fenced backyard. This is a 2-story detached garage that has been converted into a cozy and stylish stand-alone house. Memory foam bed. Mini-split A/C and heat upstairs and down. New washer/dryer. Sofa converts to a bed. Fiber internet. Driveway parking. Full kitchen with convection oven. On a nice day, you can even open the garage doors to get some fresh air!

Jason and I are a couple in our late 30s/early 40s. We both grew up in the Atlanta area and love our Reynoldstown neighborhood. We lovingly built our carriage house over the course of 2 years crafting it to be everything we've always wanted in a home. We have since had a baby and our family spends part of our time here and part of our time traveling. We run several small businesses and when we are in town we love going for long walks and bike rides on the beltline and visiting all of the wonderful parks, restaurants, and seasonal festivities nearby.

Why they chose this property

For years we dreamed about all of the things our 2 story detached 2 car garage could be. Over the course of several years, we brought our dreams to life in what is now our one-of-a-kind carriage house. From our sliding bathroom doors rescued from 100-year-old Atlanta homes to our wooden beadboard ceilings to our tree-of-life stained glass window in the bathroom, you'll see our place is full of extra special touches that you won't find anywhere else.
