Was great for what we needed

Stayed for a couple months while we waited for our house to be finished, worked out well. Convenient location. Upon arrival were told the main bedroom was out of commission, but with it being just the two of us, it didn't really matter too much.

Perfect stay in a beautiful house

The house has everything you could possibly need, it is so well equipped and the cleanliness is top notch. Lovely, comfy beds, linens and seating and it is in a really nice quiet neighbourhood where you feel safe and secure. At the same time, anywhere you might want to visit in the Henderson or Las Vegas area is just a short drive away so you really do get the best of both worlds.

Property was in a great location. Pet friendly and very clean. A few things need attention, there were only 4 forks! And all of the frying pans should be replaced, but thise were very minor thingsThe host was wonderful, he responded very quickly to all inquiries. The only reason I'm not giving the top score was the pool situation. The pool and hot tub were very nice and we enjoed them immensely BUT, you have to pay for the pool to be heated. We knew this going in, wasn't happy about it, but resigned. However when we wanted to pay we were told they only take Zelle payments. My credit union doesn't use Zelle. After asking family members I finally found a friend who agreed to get this done for us. I had to Venmo her the and then she used Zelle to transfer. I suggest they use Venmo in the future, everyone has access or let you pay with a credit card like you pay for the house. All in all it was a great experience, especially with the host. Except for that one snafu it was pretty perfect
