We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable home! The location was fantastic with a safe neighborhood and close to most anything you needed! Irene was super with communication, we would definitely stay here again!

Anniversary trip

We stayed here for our Anniversary. House was very nice and clean and is in a nice neighborhood and close to many of the areas we frequented. We enjoyed relaxing in the theatre room.

Great Place

Quiet, safe neighborhood, close to Truist Park. Great patio for outdoor activities and yard was beautifully landscaped. House had everything we needed and host was very easy to communicate with and will stay here again.

Beautiful Home

My family and i loved this home during our 2 month stay. The home is located in a safe neighborhood, and the neighbors were friendly. Also the home is located 30mintes from downtown Atlanta, and close to shopping and numerous restaurants.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this location couldnt have been better!! Central to everything and minutes from restaurants and stores. Peoperty was great, everything was clean and had all the essentials. Would give more stars if allowed!!!

Home away from home

Rented this home for 2 weeks while Training. House was well maintained and convenient to most everything! Cozy feel and lots of room. Great back yard as well. I really liked the extra security of a home alarm system! Host was very helpful and great communicator! I would stay again and definitely recommend. Thanks again! 🍁

House in Smyrna, GA

Overall, the property was good. I was disappointed that there was no whirlpool spa, which was in the listing when I booked it. Also, the firepit which we had hoped to use was not connected. Enjoyed the theater room and the dining area on the deck.

Very Clean

This home was very clean. If you forgot something the home had it. Beautiful and peaceful backyard. We had no issues with this house. Just minutes away from the Cobb Galleria and the ball park. Thank you to Irene Aggrey for making this house a perfect place for us to stay.

The Spot!!!

This property is very much well worth your money. The place is very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Very spacious and open for gatherings. Plenty of sitting room. The outdoor table set under the gazebo was a great place to relax. It rained at times during my stay but, the back deck seating area still allowed me to be outside and dry from the rain. The mounted tv outside was a plus. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Book the property, I promise you won’t be disappointed…

Diamond Stay in Smyrna / Vinnings, GA

We rented this property for a week in June 2022 as lodging during a series of travel baseball games in tournament for our sons. The home mirrored the listing by the owner; was clean; conveniently located; in what appeared to be a safe neighborhood; the home was very secure; and beautiful landscape around home. We were not there very much but it was perfect for our needs. There is a full kitchen with all kitchen needs and a working washer / dryer. The host was very responsive to any inquiries and needs. The check in and check out was very easy. We would recommend.

Our stay in Smyrna

We booked this house as our home is under repair. The house is very spacious, clean, convenient and well appointed. Importantly, the communication with the owner is excellent … she is very responsive! There were issues were with the dishwasher which happened just before we arrived. However, the owner scheduled a replacement right away. Finally, the bedrooms and closet capacity are smaller than expected, but we worked through it.

Great Place to stay

About the house. It lived up to the other reviews and the overall listing descriptions (which is why I booked it) . Did not have any issues getting to it. The people in the neighborhood was very nice. The grill outback worked perfectly along with other appliances inside. She did have water and some other drinks there, if needed. About the Location. This was a great place to stay in the Atlanta area. Safe neighborhood. To get to downtown you are 30-45 minute drive, $25-$35 Uber trip (one way), or about 10 -15 minute ride over to the MARTA station at the Medical Center Station which has free parking. Irene Aggrey was great. Any question about what was going on or what to do, she has very good answers. and in a prompt response. At the end of the week, we felt like we was staying at a friends house and needed to buy the house a gift. We are planning on going to Six Flags and White Water a few times this summer and plan on coming back here.

Bottom Line Awesome Host Awesome House

From the beginning of the process the host (Irene) was in communication with me. She was awesome! Great communication all the way until the end of our stay. Now to the house. As soon as I walked in, it had a smell of cleanliness. Irene had everything in the house like it was our own. We noticed that the house only had three washcloths. I contacted Irene to see if there were anymore in the house. After she realized that there were only three she immediately ordered a 24 pack of washcloths and had them delivered the next day. Amazing! The house is in great shape with a nice open concept with plenty of room in a good neighborhood. Very close to supermarkets, ballpark and restaurants. Bottom line is if you want to rent a nice clean place and want a host that is excellent with communication this is the place. Highly recommend and will look this host up again when I come back to Atlanta. Kris W.

Bueatiful Home

My stay here could not be more perfect! The home was spotless, very clean. The home is bigger than the pictures shown on the site. The deck and backyard was peaceful and serene. I plan to reserve each and everytime I come to Smyrna. Neighborhood quiet and safe. Would highly recommend.!!!
